Last time I buy anything from vape Inc., they didn't have the Blue Yihi in stock when I ordered, told me it would come in about a week, so I said I would wait, every time I have tried to email them their system bounces it saying my email address is spam, I tried 2 different addresses, the phone number which I spoke to them on the first day, when they called me about not having the blue, now goes to a different company, can only seem to get answers via FB but they don't appear to operate over the weekend, finally agreed with them to take the silver with black trim one, which they posted today RM Signed For (don't know if that's 1st or 2nd) - when I paid for RM Next Day Special Delivery.

Apart from today's email re shipping they have not instigated any correspondence with me apart from the initial emails on 18/05, I have had to go chasing them all the way - what a bunch of clowns.

These "Cheaper companies" always seem to lack in that respect Bob.I've heard people say it's really difficult to get a response from MEP,re orders and returns etc.
Guess they have to cut corners somewhere.Shouldn't be the case all the same.

Yes well unless they beat me to it, once I have the mod in my hands, I will be putting in a Paypal dispute for the full shipping amount that I paid for.

A Guy on UKV says he had an e-mail from ebay this morning.I've certainly never received anything like that.
I've never heard of anyone getting a discount code from them!

Last time I buy anything from Vape Inc.,
What a fiasco! Hope it turns up quickly.

Don't know who MEP is, but no company should give customers anything but first class service.

Think he means MyePack, people have complained in the past about non-communication from them, especially by email, but others have said if you speak to them on the phone, things normally get sorted fairly quickly, must admit I've never had a problem with them.

I hope it gets nicked as usual by the RM Thieves - then they will have to reimburse me in full.
I suppose there's that, yes - but they could take a good while to actually do a refund.

Yes, MyePack sounds right!
I once did email them about something, but got my query answered here ...they never replied!
Like you though, there's usually never any problem - accurate stock information on the site and fast delivery with decent prices. Very good service really. Shame some people get problems with communication though.

My impression of myepack customer service is generally good but not without issue. Don't bother emailing them, I've tried a few times with no result.

Once I started phoning them, it took a few attempts to call at a time someone was in the office who knew a damn about the products.

All that being said, once I did speak to Ash, he was happy to send me extra bits to try and fix the issue, and they went out using RM 1st class which was good. I did get the impression though that they were so busy and didn't have a proper system for logging customer issues, that it could get mixed up.

I think a lot of these companies are home set-ups, and rely on family members to do some of the donkey work, like wrapping & mailing, and then find they can't cope when things go wrong.

The absent vaper has returned

Not had much luck recently and I won't be able to stay on long. But I thought I'd better stop by and give you all an update.

Went to sort out the suspension on my car a few days back. Bought some new coils spring compressors to do the job. Spent over an hour, slowly compressing the springs, because they have to be compressed that much - to do it quickly could be dangerous. Had extra straps in place for additional safety. Just as I got to the point where the springs were compressed enough, one of the four compressors slipped. That was my first trip to A&E to get my finger glued up - it wouldn't stop bleeding after an hour, so I thought I'd better go and get it sorted out

I've not been able to type properly because of this, so hence the reason for my absence.

Next trip to A&E was on Saturday. Woke up at 5am with crippling back pain. I know these newer buses I'm driving is causing it. But I don't know yet, what's causing the back pain. Currently seeing the Dr to get my pain meds at the right level, but the meds are making me a little dizzy still - so I don't think I'm safe to drive buses at the moment. On the sick for 2 weeks, until I get my meds right.

So, I can't sit and type for too long, as it gets a bit uncomfortable :(

Not having much luck recently

I'll be popping by from time to time still though, just to make sure you're all behaving

---------------------------------

No vapemail either which is probably the worst thing of all

I hope that all your trouble resolves itself soon. Health issues are quite literally a pain.

Vapemail: the Yihi just turned up W T F tracking still showing it in North Weald where it was posted, was not asked for signature and the label was not the same as usual big Silver type with a tracking code, just a silly tiny sticker saying "24 Signed for" as the stamp and another with my details, no barcode so postie can scan to get signature - is this another RM .... up with printing online paid postage, as it looks like Vape Inc did get it sent correctly

Always hard to tell - some addresses could just be mailbox rental etc.

Why couldn't they just leave things to work efficiently! I hate when changes spoil something. RM used to be fairly decent - in fact, when I first started work, RM treat the post as though it was very special, and they were entrusted to take care of it until delivered. That notion has long disappeared.

Vapemail: lemo 2 replacement glass.

Word of warning for those with lemo 2s. Careful with the piece containing the fill port. Quite possibly because I dropped it and knocked it but also probably affected by being left to dry out (for several days having been rinsed), twisting the fill port became nearly impossible when I came to re-assemble it. Had to break out the marigolds and lube it up with e liquid everywhere I could think to, and then spent a while opening/closing it in order to get it to a point where I could do it while it was all assembled without rubber gloves. Nearly pitched the thing out the window in frustration.

Back working ok now though I think. Replacement glass inserted and vaping on lemon sherbet from chefs choice range. It's a good lemony flavour but I find it tastes best after a few days steep but not left to steep so long that it goes dark.

I got mail:

VOCC TOCC and SOCC coils from FT ( ...more like Lock, Stock and Two Smoking Barrels!) - they're the new ones for Aerotank/MOW etc. T3S, and Evod etc.

Tried a few small bottles from Vapemate again - haven't had any for a long time, and got the Chocolate Custard Pie again plus some Mississippi Mud Pie, Mint Choc Chip and Marzipan. A taste of a drop of the Mint Chocolate Chip tasted more like a mint mouthwash at the moment, so we'll see!
They need to steep I think.
If I can find a good dark rich chocolate (may have one in a concentrate or even ready made somewhere) the marzipan will be very nice mixed in...shades of Niederegger :)
