Depends which is most useful for your needs - I have one of those on the way. The 40W may be better advanced technology/components.

By the way - congratulations on having stopped smoking! :thumb:
Thank you been vaping on and off for years but only really tried the little pens and they just didn't do it for me. Got my cool fire 4 last week and ain't had a ciggy yet I am loving it

OK Kelly
The 40w is probably a better one to go for, even if you don't plan on using the TC option.
It has a sprung loaded stainless 510,which does away with the main problem the original suffered with.
Thanks for the reply. I kinda like to have the latest models of things lol. There is not much price difference between the 20w and the 40w on fastech so not much point going for the 20w. I do have a sub ohm tank I use so will this work better on the 40w then my cool fire 4 because of the tc?

You will only be able to use the TC on the device with either Ni 200 coils or by rebuiding using Ni 200 wire.

Looking at your banner, I smoked twice the number of cigarettes a week, and I stopped after over 45 years by using cig-size batteries and cartridges! I only changed because too much PG gives me problems. Still, you've found something that works for you, and that's what counts most.

The 40W TC will certainly give you more choices.

Wow congrats that's a awesome achievement. I think my problem was that I was buyin 18mg nicotine and I wasn't enjoying it I was getting headaches all the time. I hadn't tried flavours either just tabacco flavoured. So I decided to try again, I got 12mg and a few different flavours and what a difference I am really enjoying it

Hi Terry,

Yes, I'm all Win 10 now. Keeps all your settings but has removed a couple of bits of software that I use a lot. Luckily it leaves an icon on the desktop that tells you what it has mucked about with. All settings seem fine. After a few reboots it seems faster, too.

However, this was not an easy update insofar that it tried to do it via automatic updates and failed.

There's a way to force it if you get stuck. Try it and let me know how you get on.
Hey up Pipe :) I may take the plunge tomorrow mate. As i said, all i am worried about really is losing stuff off my desktop, things that i use on a daily basis. I have no idea of how the new 10 works, and i`m a bit concerned about finding everything what i use.

They sent me the upgrade icon ages ago, just not got round to doing it because of the afore mentioned.

Bloody windows 10,takes me forever to get used to a computer change.
If it's better, guess i'll have to face it.
I had to be dragged away from XP, but was pleasantly surprised with 7Pro. Didn't like the look of 8 or 8.1 much, so a bit unsure about 10 - I'm happy staying with 7 until I need a new computer though. That'll probably happen in the next 12-24 months.
I'll certainly be interested in hearing about peoples opinions though!
I still think there should be two platforms built into the o/s's for desktops and small devices, rather than one size fits all. It'll hopefully be a good long time before I'd be using a smaller screen, and may get an even bigger one with my next monitor ...if I can find a decent one for graphics/photography.

I started with 2.4 and stepped down to 1.8 pretty quickly, then worked steadily down - using an average of .4 now.
I'm not at all keen on true tobacco flavours now.
I smile because now and then, I glimpse the two packs of cigarettes and lighters still sat on a shelf under my monitor! They were initially for 'just in case' or as a reassurance that I had them. I've never once wanted one either - for well over a year now, they've just been a pleasant reminder of what I achieved - and it still amazes me!

Why am I not surprised! :) They have been our mainstay for what ..14/15 months now? Despite the many different brands we've tried, the Chefs are what we use most ...at least, it's what I use most of.
