Hey Trish - still using the pipe for sure. I bought a 7ml subtank to use on it, but to be honest i'm not a fan of sub-ohm if the subtank is anything to go by. The flavour was different, but not better than i get from my carto tanks and i'd need to step down the nic content if i used it regularly as it gave me a headache with my normal 18mg juice. I dont really want to blow big clouds either - flavour is everything to me (provided the necessary TH is there to) so not my thing really.
like the Subtanks, but use the 1.2ohm coils - tried one 0.5 and found it too hot for me. I'm not interested in clouds either ..just taste, and try to keep the wattage fairly low. I mostly use a couple of those and also MOW megas and a couple of basic Evods for some that clog coils up.
I was looking at the heat controlled mods, but again i cant see the benefit, and i have enough mods that more than satisfy my vaping needs. My other worry is that we dont know what kind of juice/hardware is going to be available in 12 months time so i dont want to go out spending £100+ on new mods just now (besides i've just spent £900 on a nice leather recliner so i dont have much spare cash in the next month or so!)
I do have two, but haven't used them. I've put them in my 'stash'.
I haven't been working a lot for some months, and business in the galleries isn't as brisk as it used to be, so I'm being more careful now that I have plenty of things that I'm happy using. Just had to buy two new pairs of specs too.
I really tried with making coils (which i can manage ok), but fitting them is another story... so annoying! The sophia is a great little atty and as i have loads of carto tanks it's perfect for me. Maybe i should buy 2 or 3 more in case we cant get cartos beyond May next year. I've not been intentionally stockpiling anything - If needs must then i will ration out what i have left at the time, then try what is available and if i dont get on with it then I'll quit. No way would i go back to smoking. The 2 or 3 analogs i had 18 months or so ago tasted so bad that it really put me off wanting them any more and i never get cravings for them.
It would help if we had some firm idea on what to expect, and when any such changes would be implemented. 'They' surely can't be ignorant of the number of people who have managed to stop smoking tobacco without any government intervention!
I use a mix of .3mg and .6mg now, so on average, it's .4 mostly. It's possible that I'd cope with whatever it is they decide to make available, but in any case, I've more than enough of everything to last well over a year.
I don't want to go back to smoking either - I developed colitis a couple of months ago, and have since read that some people find it improves a lot if they smoke a few cigarettes each day, but I'm not prepared to do that. People seem to find various things that help for a while, and then don't anymore, so it's not worth it. Interesting though that people with a propensity towards something like colitis, can find they develop it for the first time after giving up smoking!
It's felt like a mild summer here - i have my dyson fan on all the time at home, and cant get to sleep without it cooling me off!
Definitely been warmer where you are then. We've often had to put the heating on when the temperature drops at night, and I've worn sweaters on and off all year.
