I also noticed they clone a boutique atomizer I own that relies heavily on service and made in the USA. On the upside they have five packs of glass tanks for half the price of one oem :/

I hate when I buy an authentic and I see a spot on clone - nit that I regret supporting originals. It just usually kills resale if it is that good. It was inevitable with this one , it's got 3 pieces excluding drip tip. The clone of another extremely expensive atomizer I own looks awful by contrast. But that one has a complicated design.

I get torn on the clone thing. To me on one side me it makes no sense for designers to make very expensive limited runs which will be cloned anyway - on the other hand if the service and build is top tier that won't be replicated in the clone market.

When a $180 authentic has a design flaw or crap service my thoughts tend to be, if they did a better job it wouldn't matter that much. I have a tank that the glass just keeps breaking. Not only would each glass tank be $10-15 plus international shipping, they aren't even available. So I bought a five pack of the clone tanks for $4

How do you all feel about the clone situation?

@Pictor I use all vg too but I haven't increased as a result, because it's still going to be a 80/20-70/30 mix. Do you think it matters that much when we aren't getting 90/10 or so ?

@Brynglas I WAS thinking of 3fvape. Mind reader. They were the absolute worst so far for me. I expect my experiences stateside vary compared to yours. I made a mistake on focal ecig. They took a while to ship but no other issues. It was 3f that was dreadful. I'll check fasttech. I need to order clone tanks anyway

tried taking the battery out for 5 minutes? that's the normal way for removable battery types, otherwise if you are getting garbage on the screen, then it's probably fkd.
Thanks Bob. No it`s not Fkd  Just seems a bit indiscriminate when i fire it sometimes, what i mean by that is that on the odd puff i take, it`s like it is still firing, even though i have released the fire button ! Just happens now and then, and i thought maybe a reset will sort it out. I`ll try your suggestion :)

Vapemail...My 2 Aromamizers  I`m liking the deck on these, look very easy to build on :thumb:

I noticed this morning in FT new arrivals, they have now listed the ijust2(battery only, they already had the kits).Under £10.
I notice that neither the iJust 2, nor the Eleaf iStick Basic have any voltage/wattage adjustment (Kanger Subvod is the same) ....is that good - or am I missing something?

I think some of the Kangertech Kbox mods look rather smart: $36.45 Authentic KangerTech KBOX 120W TC VW APV Box Mod - 7-120W / 200-600'F / 2*18650 / stainless steel at FastTech - Worldwide Free Shipping
Or this little fixed battery one: $21.03 Kangside KSD Mini 25W 1800mAh VV/VW Variable Voltage/Wattage APV Mod - 2-8.5V / 7-25W / aluminum at FastTech - Worldwide Free Shipping

Possibly not (perhaps some flavours vary) - makers used to make a big deal out of the reasons they didn't produce high VG ...flavour loss being one.

Generally, Chefs seem to have more flavour than most brands I've tried.
Still, I have used the upper and of any of their concentrate percentages.
The reformulated ones are as yet, unknown regarding flavour/strength of flavour.

Still haven't had my Chefs order delivered! Our regular postman was back today - they called him in from days off, but he says there's no actual backlog at their sorting office, just a lot of mail to deliver.
Perhaps there's hold-ups at the larger sorting offices along the way

For myself I would rather get the evic mini than the Kbox mod. I went through three of the full size which I decided we're awful (subsequently a revision came out which wasn't) and I absolutely love the evic mini. Even if you don't want temp control now you have it for the future. It's 75 watts though if you need more. It's also smaller and lighter. So many plain boxes out now you could just throw a dart and choose :). The evic mini has 0 delay and a fantastic screen. I tried the ipv d2 but the battery ribbon broke and I'm glad it did. It was really heavy and I much prefer the evic mini. The included tank in the evic mini kit (mega one not the new style) is actually very very good with clr coils. You can mouth to lung with the standard coils kr lung hit. It's the on,y tank I have ever used which I truly believe does both well. And the flavor is fantastic. This is not the case with the cl coils however even though the clr are rebuild able, they cost the same as the disposable and can just be chucked. I just bought a pack of titanium and a pack of the kanthal, I think it was $16 for ten clr coils.

Some of the smarter smaller sticks auto adjust now resistance dictates power or temperature in some cases. Many of them have chips to maintain the same level from start to finish. Which was oreviously on,y available with more expensive things like the provari series. I can't stress what a waste of money I find the orovari I bought used. For my uses at least. So many options at a fraction of the price and many much better options for the money. I'm putting it up for sale. I guess it's really good for people with a very specific need - those needs use aren't mine. Moment of stupidity getting that.

Triton mini coils are delivered in a few hours! Wow that was extremely fast from angelcigs us warehouse. Three days total

I'm really excited for these coils. Probably setting myself up but I can't help it. For a mouth to lung vaper these are one kf the very few advancements recently

I don't know how available it is over there but I use the app deliveries on iOS and find it fantastic. It automatically gets from Amazon, parses from webpages via share sheet. Etc. very easy to add things and very good tracking / interface. Wide range of services

The ijust works as a mech Trish, with a few built in safety features.
The others are possibly the same.

Just caught up with tons of posts. Pronunciation of Bernard - stress on the first syllable, Bernardino - stress on the third.

Church choirs - soprano and cross bearer until late teens. Lost faith around 13 - but enjoyed the singing and intelligent arguments in sermons.

The Liqua Blueberry gets better, by the way (and it starts off very well).

You still not managed any sleep?
No. Something is weird with my back. I'm getting horribly annoying electric buzzer feelings through my body. By hey don't hurt. It just feels like mobile phones are embedded under my skin and on vibrate. Also occasionally pain meds make me wired instead of tired. Just a strange last 12 hours or so. Now my coils will be here within the hour I'll likely get those. Then pass out. Also the bandage is coming off the incision which is a fair bit larger than I though - it was meant to be 16 mm but it turns out it's more like 70 - probably from the complications. That wound is just above the join if the neck and back so it's exactly where the pillow first hits.

I can't really complain though as this surgery went a lot more easily than I thought recovery wise. This is the only night I've had issues sleeping in the last ten days.

^^^see how long that is ?

The Evic mini 75 does look good, but I wouldn't want the kit. I prefer fairly basic tanks with coils around 1.2 or over. I don't really inhale the vapour either - I try to exhale through my nose. Too much inhaled and too high with wattage, and I get breathing problems, even with VG.

I don't know how available it is over there but I use the app deliveries on iOS and find it fantastic. It automatically gets from Amazon, parses from webpages via share sheet. Etc. very easy to add things and very good tracking / interface. Wide range of services
With me, my phone is a bit like the tanks I use: basic. It's a Nokia Windows phone, and all I really use it for is phone calls

Ah, right - understood :) I prefer the type I'm using.

Oh sure. Go on and describe it easily in one sentence then. The less sleep the more ramble for me!

Yes, singing and picking sermons to bits fine :)
As for blueberry liquids - I never found one that I like. For some reason blueberry always has a foisty taste to me

Sounds like some nerves trying to settle down in your back - does it lessen/go if you don't lie on your back?
You likely need a new dressing on the incision.

They said i wasn't to change he dressing and he would remove it after the three week mark. Something about indexing possibilities and a hole going through to the spinal
Cord. No relief lying down. It's not bad

The ego one mega tank can be as simple as you wanting to be. It's perfectly fine with the 1 ohm coils for just what you do. That's why I love it. It's good at everything. Thing is. Seems like 80% of people don't ever give the clr coils a chance. Just bin the tank.

The risk of infection is a serious matter - so if the dressing has been coming off/loosening, you need to re-seal it with some surgical tape.

I did wonder if perhaps you'd been laying on a nerve (perhaps in the neck region) to cause that 'buzzing' sensation - whatever, hope it goes away and that you can also sleep better soon.

'Tis a bit ;)
..can't say I like any of the colours a lot, but perhaps the black would be a better choice!

@Pictor those are the ones. That is really odd about the sticker removal. I ordered two picks so we will see. Please note he temp control ones have bigger air flow. As do the different ohms. So for mouth to lung I think 1 ohm kanthal are the best

Everything is not shipping for x days. I ordered five things all five have a different ship date. My guess it all ships in two weeks.

The bandage sort of scraped off today and I tried to line it back up
I feel like I need to change it. They didn't give me stitches just steri strips. I couldn't imagine a bandage staying in for three weeks. I asked my better half to get some
Gauze and medical tape. I have been using press and seal cling film when showering. Online info from other doctors says the bandage can come off after three days but they probably stitch.

The incision was supposed to be 16mm. It's easily three times that size. Probably due to the complications. About 7 inches in a circle around the incision is totally numb. I guess that's normal for skin to be numb after cutting it open ?

Unfortunately this operation was where my neck joins my back so basically anything agitates it. But honestly it's really not been bad. I feel fine. I just had weird nerve stuff keeping me up. Aside from the buzzing here's a strange thing that happens where it feels like bugs are crawling on me.

I had an epidural in my lower back a couple of weeks before surgery to deal with a few blown discs and tears. I had a tie that was awful. Numb. Painful when get etc. in two weeks it went back to normal!

So all things considered I'm quite happy right now. No big deal. M

I just realized my spinal surgeon was the one who allowed the recent Olympic athlete who had been paralyzed to walk again. I guess he's top of the heap worldwide. He just happens to be close to me so
I don't have to be famous. :)

The triton mini Clapton coils are miles better than the nautilus coils. Anyone using a nautilus should try them. Way better.
