I know you need low pg but for what it's worth high vg can give me a fair bit of heavy chest and breathing problems if I over do it. You said you have been vaping a lot less though right?
Considerably less, yes. Down to 0 and 3mg. As I'm recovering, I've been watching TV in a comfortable chair in another room in the evenings, so I tend not to be in here much from around 6.30pm to midnight, and don't bother with it at all then. I often sleep a while in the afternoons too. (I'll need to break these habits as soon as I can as I need to try and get motivated with work.

I got really bad problems with PG initially, and also a few flavours, especially citrus, blackberry, cinnamon, etc. Way better with VG, but there is PG in most concentrates/flavouring. Probably a bit of reaction to too much VG too at times. That's why I inhale as little vapour as possible, and exhale through my nose. Makes my nose need blowing now and then, but better for me!

I suspect that I'm sensitive to any potential irritant right now, and having had a flu like bug last week, which made my breathing really bad over a few days, think it's exacerbated the effects caused by the new drug. The consultant thinks there'll be traces of that virus still there, and that's why he wants me to stop taking it for a month until he's sure any other influences are eliminated. Then he may ask me to start taking it again and see what happens. He has had another patient with the same problem caused by the drug.
As such, I'll be even more careful with amount and flavours I'm using. I could start using some liquids with extremely small amounts of PG in them for a while to see if it helps.

I've historically been troubled with a type of allergic asthma ever since we moved to this house 24 years ago - there was a lot of plaster dust, and over time, I found other things started to irritate too, such as dust, pollen, household cleaners and some of the materials that I use in my work. Chest Eze tablets worked very well ...just one would keep me clear for a long while. They can't be bought now as people were using them for bodybuilding/weight loss! I have Ventolin (on private prescription) though, but trying not to complicate things at the moment.

Doctor seems sure I have no heart problems, and could detect no chest infection as such. To me, it's a closing of my upper respiratory system/airways rather than a specific lung problem, so we'll see!

I see Element have a dripper range, 20/80 PG/VG see here and the bottles have the % on them
There's no reason why all labelling couldn't be so concise and clear. That labelling is excellent, and they lose none of their corporate identity in doing so.

George has a couple of theirs - not sure if he's tried them.
I've had a bottle of their 'Zen' for a while, but haven't used it yet ....must dig it out and try it!

I tried Pink Lemo and Key lime cookie, still have Banana nut bread to open. They sell it in a local shop.
They are not bad at all, milder flavours, but quite enjoyable.
I'd like to try some Dripworx, pink lemonade as it's said to be better.

Who's watching C4

Is that Hachi,Bob?
Does this mean the end of Internet sales,or is it just advertising?
TPD Proposals for UK Law Confirmed
 :( .....At first, it feels like something to panic about ...but in reality, isn't it reducing it to the same level as cigarettes/tobacco ? (no advertising, and few people discuss it.) It's definitely all wrong, and unnecessary, but we need to remember who is really pulling the strings, and it's perhaps not surprising.
As long as we know where to get 'stuff', hopefully, things won't be too bad?
The hardest part will be for newcomers who want to use this method to give up smoking! - are Vape shops allowed to discuss it with walk-in clients?

I must say, it does give the impression of being less than democratic when the talk of 'no discussion' is mentioned, but this is not a dictatorship  ;)

I certainly do think that the proviso should be made to reverse this if the country voted to leave the EU: Save Vaping From A Crazy Ban

My biggest question right now is ...what happens to ECF!!!

The Government "Nudge" Unit is pro-vaping, I believe (unlike the Labour Party in Wales). Let's not panic too soon.

Only this week Mr Cameron said "We should be making it clear that this a very legitimate path for many people to improve their health and therefore the health of the nation." We should hold him to his word.

Nor me! Not sure how they'd work around it though.

Nice, thanks! There's definitely a couple there I'd like to try ...have you tried any of them yet?

Signed that a while back - it's one of the things that would change my mind on being in the EU
Me too. I don't mind the EU apart from them interfering in our laws, and that's something I do object to very strongly.

Yes, initial thoughts are alarming, and we can but hope that our PM does stand by what he said!

I suspect that until it becomes clearly defined and set in place, we won't know exactly what changes will be made.

Think there would have to be a load more supporting members.

Haven't tried them, think they are only just here,i've certainly never seen them for sale in the UK before.
Ordered Lushington(because i've heard great things) and My sweet one(sounds like a posh trifle) and stopped myself, they all read well:)i would have liked more.

Dark Star is one I'll try, but hard to choose from the others ...perhaps Southbound, or My Sweet One  Again, I'd like to see small sizes so that we can try them!
