  1. Having kicked the whatever out of the old chipboard bedroom furniture a few days ago the oak stuff arrived today - several hours of waxing later and we're still almost sane.
  1. Happy new furniture! Going to (light) oak is something we did perhaps 10 years ago, and it still looks as good as the day we bought it.
Watched "Brexit-The Movie" today and was delighted to find that it was a reasoned argument. I hate either side exaggerating - the £350 mill per day on the leave battle bus should be painted out. Equally Mr Cameron should explain his relationship with the head of Isil. Are they great friends? If not how does he know that this man will be "happy" if we leave? I would never have believed the number of exaggerations and lies that we have all been subjected to over the course of this horrible campaign so far. Sadly they expect us to gobble up more ordure before the 23rd. What should feel like the possibility of independence is beginning to feel tainted and rather sad. There are liars on all sides - it is hard to escape this conclusion. Argh!
We've been very dismayed by the dreadful outbursts of utter rubbish and lies - it's been unbelievably tacky at times, and almost like reading a sensation seeking red top! Surely (please) the majority of people do not believe all that.
Having to endure weeks more of that is not good ...but apart from seeing/hearing the headline 'dire warning of the day', I don't think too deeply about the implications. It's become almost laughable ...almost, because sadly, there are those who will be swayed by these unfounded threats.

Vapemail: Aspire x-tank. This is tiny - I tried it out first on the istick 100w and it was crazily small. It looks much happier on my Coolfire 4. Haven't worked the drip tip out yet - seems more like a delrin sleeve than anything else, the "tube" being part of the top hardware. Good points include the nifty top air control which is a doddle to use and of course top filling which is very very handy. The atomisers are large and seem robust for a 1.5ohm coil. They're rated for use between 14 and 22 watts. I've taken it to 22 but it's way too hot for me. Very pleasant vape at 14. If anyone knows anything more about the drip tip I'd be interested to know.

I was looking at these a week or two ago - the tip is Delrin:
Aspire - Aspire Nautilus X

I did wonder how it would be if used at around 7.5watts - looks neat, and 2ml is something I'm pretty used to with some of my tanks.

7.5 watts no good, I'm afraid. Hardly any vapour

Thanks! Good to know.

The thing about the drip tip is that most sites are saying "replaceable drip tip". However as far as I can see that isn't so. You can replace the sleeve but I can't see how you could get your favourite 510 drip tip to fit it.
Certainly looks as though it comes off, but not necessarily to replace with a different 510 - it looks more like a small tube. Perhaps by 'replaceable', they mean as in the case with the actual glass tank.

If it's like the Cleito pipey, you can fit a 510 d/t in the top but it's looks bad because you can see the o ring that the original tip fits over.I had a couple of tips made for my cleito's.

Wow, I go out very early to get to Cheltenham, leave my phone at home and all hell breaks loose on AAEC 18 messages - it appears there has been uproar in Parliamentary circles re all the emails, tweets etc and they are finally listening - 2 Early Day Motions have been put forward along with reports that the EU commisioner has been told to look again at e-cigs, also some biddy in the FDA along with her husband is to be charged with Bribery and Corruption (RICO??) and a senator wants the e-cig thing looked at again because of it.
