I felt the same the first time I saw a recipe ...still not sure about ones with more than a few flavours in them either. Not one for messing about with such things. It's getting all a bit complicated for me right now.
Got to learn to walk before i run
But i saved the link as well![]()

Not one for messing about with such things.I don't mind making the MCV, but it's not too many different parts, can use it as each one measured in Mls rather than percentages, and I use it every day, so it's worth it. 36% added to plain VG is easy enough when making 100ml bottles
Probably best to try the LT concentrate first - could be good!![]()
Just do what i do George & keep it simple, very simpleI've read on other forums to mix by weight, think that would be even more difficult.

That's dead right, there are many calculators out there that can help, I use a desktop program called "ejuice Me Up"Speaking of charts, I lost all of mine when my old laptop gave up the ghost and I`m due for mixing up another batch of base liquid, so would I be right in thinking that if I mixed 83ml of 72mg nic liquid into 917ml of pg/vg I would end up with 1 litre of 6% base ? TIA

Yes, me too, and that's what put me off DIY at first. It was only when I got the recipe for MCV that I realised the 35% of finished concentrate needed to make it was pretty close to adding up the percentages of each flavour, and calling them 'mls', and that I wanted to make it in 100ml lots.I've read on other forums to mix by weight, think that would be even more difficult.
I haven't updated my software yet, but the desktop program "eJuiceMeUp" now supports weighing by grams, prefer millilitres myselfI've read on other forums to mix by weight, think that would be even more difficult.
Exactly 35% of 30ml or (30*(35/100)) = 30*35 = 1050 / 100 = 10.5mlI haven't tried to translate this type of method into making smaller sample size bottles yet ...but no doubt it's just a case of working out what 35% of any given finished quantity represents by using the 'Todd' calculator.
Base and concentrates arrived today.
Just waiting on some 100ml bottles i ordered yesterday to arrive.
Hope you enjoy your mixing George, beside the obvious benefits of cost and being able to customise your juice, I like to mix up a batch of nic free juice in the same flavours, it`s a good go to when my usual vape starts to taste a bit funky.
If I were to pass on one tip it would be to get hold of a large syringe and a short length of 4mm aquarium air line in place of a hollow needle, it makes life much easier
