Shame! ...still, hope she enjoys her tour.
So do I and I hope if I'm still around she will get in touch when she gets back, because I know she will not be going back to the cafe, but probably Uni instead.
On a brighter note, love our 10 month 'puppy' - still crackers but calmer than she was. She makes me smile.
Oh good, don't know if I said but lost my cat back in January, think it was kidney failure, so all on my own now, that's why I spend a lot of time in the cafe

Tch! Sorry to hear it. :D Do you still mix Lews Brew & Cream?
Is Maya well?

It happens  Just have LB on it`s own now and love it, last time i tried it with cream as they had no Devon Cream and it was awful, so just mix it plain now :)
Maya ? Yes, crazy as ever but love her to bits :)

They are good at that are`nt they :) my Maya makes me smile every day :)
Best pal ever! they seem to give so much back yet are easy to love anyway. Glad all is well with Maya :)

Ours has recently realised that everyone, including the small dog, disappears upstairs and she gets left downstairs (in a big soft bed on a rug in the hall) - she gets upset as soon as I get up to go to bed, won't look at me, but follows me to the bottom of the stairs - and it makes me feel really awful.
The only reason the little one ended up upstairs is that she was glowering at Hetty after we went to bed, so she got moved. All calmed and Hetty was sleeping peacefully laid on her back by the time I went ...all changed last week once she realised she got left on her own.

Always a shame when someone really nice disappears. I still miss a gallery owner. Can make a big difference.

So sorry about your cat - you won't get another? They make a big difference - wouldn't want to be without mine.

I was thinking about you and Maggie last month.

As long as you have your coffee one that you like - I remember us trying a lot and finding most dreadful - I never seem to find one I can even use a whole tank of.
Glad Maya is still making you smile. Everyone seems to like Hetty - apparently, a chap on a bicycle stopped when my husband was walking her a few weeks ago - he didn't know him at all, but he said 'You do know this one isn't as big as you last one?' ...he got told that she was only 9 months old (at the time), but I couldn't help thinking did he want us to take her back and demand a bigger one! ...good job it wasn't me out with her as I may just have voiced the thought! She is quite big anyway at 26kg.

Problem with cats, they tie you down, especially if you are not keen on putting them in a cattery for the hols, so No I probably will not get another.
Thanks for your thoughts - Star Wars day (May the fourth be with you) was also a bit hard, that was when we had the cremation, but my mate Steve was over from Antwerp to help take my mind off it.

I must admit, we don't like kennels for holidays either, and never use them.
We did have plenty of holidays when the boys were still at home, so don't really mind.

Glad someone was around who understood. There's always hard days. I still get them as I miss my Dad a lot. He was my rock.
Still, it gets in a more comfortable place as time passes. A sort of new 'normal'.

Think so yes, a few on fb are saying the code isn`t working, so i`d wait till tomorrow if i were you Trish :)
Yes, I'll do that ...not that sure I want any more of his right now though. I do have quite a lot of all sorts!

Using my Nautilus 2 tanks today - one for Welsh Custard, the Other for White choc Strawberry, and I find them really good :) for me, these are the best Nautilus tanks I've had. Just wish they had an option for a bigger capacity! (For outside EU of course )

I`ve never tried any of his tbh, as there`s nothing that appeals to me really. Still got a bottle of Welsh Custard i need to make up and try yet :) Glad the Nautilus are working well for you, always nice to have a fuss free vape

I got half a dozen some time ago, and keep forgetting about them! Tried the Goldilox and liked it, but need to try the rest. Tempted to try a few of the Hodges as they're very good clearance prices. I honestly can't remember if I liked the ones I tried before.

This is a 50ml glass bottle of ready made I just opened - tastes very good too.
I found a blast from the past when sorting out a box in the cupboard last week: GVC! Some was black! I didn't even bother opening it as it was over 2 years old.

Yes, the Nautilus are good and seem trouble free - one played up a bit when new, but it quickly settled down, and I'm used to opening the top now! The coil stopped sticking in the top part too. I may just get another one at some point. No need to let the coils soak for long either when new.

 I do remember the GVC going black as it aged. You should`ve tried it, i know i would have. Is he still in operation ?

After having sniffed or tasted a couple of dozen bottles of dubious age in recent weeks, I'd had enough of fusty stuff  - If it had been in glass bottles, I may have tried some.

I'm not sure if he still makes it - there's none on his site for sale, and no date for when it would be.
I quite like Digby's Mums as well as the Chefs Welsh & Virtual custards.
One of the best custard types has been the Vanilla Cream Donut from GetVape ...if I hadn't already got around 20 10ml bottles of it, I'd have got a 100ml one when they brought that out a couple of weeks ago. Loads of flavour.
I remembered why I'd scaled down on using it though - it makes me wheezy! One of those vanilla flavours that has always troubled me - wish I knew which it was so I could avoid it with DIY. Definitely not Capella Custard as I use that in MCV every day.

So sorry to hear about your cat, Bob. My cat Eva died early on last year.

A couple of months ago we got another from a rescue place - a big feller called George (weighs over a stone, but it's all muscle). He's roughly 3 years old, herringbone tabby mask & mantle and white elsewhere. For us it was a good decision - he's great! :)
