The nitecore charger does have a thin cord and this "PVC YOUZHI JULUYIXI JUEYUAN DIANXIAN 250/300V" is the correct one. Same markings on mine and it's not from FT.

What I learned from buying from Chinese wholesale suppliers for the past few months is most are trading companies. They just buy wholesale pricing in China and sell them for a higher price with a smaller MOQ or more varieties from different companies. This is just my guess, but I wouldn't be surprised if there is a few different versions from different companies.
Well, like someone else said, the Vamo is a bit of an odd beast. Unlike some APVs.. where a single company built and sold it, the Vamo is more style of APV that is being built by several companies.... Which I guess kind of sucks since there is no way of knowing the quality, fit and finish of the V3 that one gets in the mail. Was it built by a company with a decent QC and used good quality components, or one that picked parts out of the bargin bin and just threw it together on the cheap.
Which would explain how some haven't had even a sniff of an issue whereas others run into issues within days (messed up pins, finish coming off right away, threads stripping really quick, etc.)
I hope mine holds up well. I chose stainless steel finish because I had heard bad things about Chrome and Black. Of course I had also read that stainless didn't exist for the V3. Maybe mine is chrome plated, but I don't think so. I don't think it's shiny enough to be chrome plated. I guess time will tell.

It's easy to tell the difference if it's chrome or SS..
I read on a Vamo thread that if you look inside the SS battery tube you'll be able to see the machine marks.
I ordered a V3 SS on Sunday. They said shipping in 3 business days. I got a payment/order confirmation email, but nothing else. In tracking section, it says full payment received on Sunday and order received on Tuesday. No tracking info. What does that mean? Does it mean their shipper got it on Tuesday, or that the order got processed on Tuesday?
It took forever to get initial tracking info on both of my first two orders. The second order didn't update in Hong Kong. I wouldn't worry. I got my first order in six days and my second should be here tomorrow which is 9 days.
i placed an order totaling $80 and it showed in 12 days. 10 Evods, 4 panasonic batteries and some other stuff. No issues at all. 1 dead evod but with the savings i could easily replace the core and still be in for less than I'd seen. I have no complaints. Would recommend and will be placing another order soon. I like the idea of the V3 having a removable top for tanks that at times get stuck in my V2 which was purchased elsewhere.

My order shipped today. Any idea when it should get here? The picture of my package (no pun intended) is a nice touch. Not really sure it's necessary, but it's cool.
I have got both a V2 and V3 from fasttech along with a ton of other stuff and everything has been great. Don't buy your EVOD/Protank heads from there because you will not be happy. But for everything else its 10/10.
