No problem. To be honest their not the fastest when it comes to shipping (despite the name :laugh:). But their great on price.

If you use them again, the best thing to do is add all the items you want to your wishlist, then just order the items when they are in stock. That's what I do now, speeds things up a lot. If it's not been shipped in a few more days, just open a ticket with them to give them a nudge.

I ordered mine on Wednesday and at the time the status indicated "Ships in 5 Days", however early yesterday it showed that my order was at packaging and the status was "In Stock". Later in the evening the status changed to "Ships in 3 days" my order shipped this morning by speedpost. FT has many different Vamo kit options and some will be in stock, some will be back ordered, and some will list ships in X number of days.

Hope this helps clear things up a bit.

agreed 6 orders later i think they are great, when purchasing multiple items check the shipping times and group in stock now items together and leave the delayed items out and make separate orders, makes for more vape mail that way too, (yay)

Nice, I like the wishlist idea. Do they email you or anything when they are in stock or do you just have to check every day?

They will e-mail you once the order is shipped, but for the wishlist just keep checking on the site. My wishlist has about 40 items on it now. Once they ship your order you'll get a photo of the package and a tracking link to Hong Kong post.

once, they emailed me saying they were out of stock on 2 items. they asked if i wanted to cancel or if i was willing to wait 2 days. dang good customer service imho

I ordered my Vamo V3 on July 5th. The website clearly claimed it would ship in 4 days. On July 11th I received an email that it shipped, but it is still in Hong Kong.

I expect i will receive it by the end of next week. (to put some perspective on it)
Yeah, that's what I'm expecting now. Wish they would just let us know if they can't ship it in 3 or 4 days so we could do something else or just wait. They have my money but I'm supposed to wait until who knows when before I have anything in hand. At least let us know why it isn't shipping and keep us in the loop. They've stolen my money until I hear otherwise. They're lucky they have people on forums like these that calm people down and tell them what is going on. I would've already canceled my order and never done business with them again if it weren't for the nice folks on this forum.

Delivery Times:
11 days
9 days
8 days

11 days

FT is obviously overwhelmed with business and China Post is not known for being efficient esp their tracking.
4 out of 5 orders were "in Hong Kong" and then one day mysteriously were at my local Post Office. No departure notice or anything.
Could be worse- shipping from Beijing is 3 weeks.

I understand that. Mine said and still says 3 days. It's been over 3 days, hence my question on here. I'm willing to wait, I would just like to be informed during the process. No biggie and next time I'll know. I just wonder how many first time customers they lose because they don't keep them informed.
