Just discovered vaping 4½ weeks ago, and have already ordered and received 2 orders from fasttech. My first order took 12 days to arrive (Vamo SS V3 with batteries & charger). My second order only took 8 days, and I had actually placed it 3 days after the first. I've also made two orders since, on 9-1, and just now. Couldn't be happier with the service, prices, or products so far.

Unfortunately, before I discovered fasttech, I bought an Atom mech mod for $167, and a Nemisis atomizer for $65, (no batteries or anything else came with it), from one of our many local vape shops, and for that price they still made me pay for wick and wire. Of course it's nice and very high quality, but I wouldn't have spent that much had I known there were less expensive alternatives available. Not complaining, just chalked it up to a learning experience.

best regards, larry mac

Fasttech is B&M and online suppliers worst enemy. It's the "F" word. Since most of the ecigs are made in China, Fasttech gets better pricing and other factors like labor wages which means they pass on the savings to the vaping community plus offer free shipping. If you order any products from China to sell in the US, DHL shipping is ridiculous plus other fees related to payment method. Many will accept Paypal but the B&M will have to pay the transaction fee which is an ungodly amount.

Then you have many manufactures like Karmy who sells the popular K100 are putting out alerts about FT not being an authorized seller. Too many holes to stop FT from getting their products and pretty much selling it at near wholesale pricing.

If you have patience to wait for your vapemail or just want to try something out, you can't go wrong with FT.

FT also has a Miami office to return items...who knows they might start sending stock to that office and then that will solve the waiting game of tracking your vapemail. Where is my package today? Stuck in Hong Kong! Lol.

I bought one of those iClear 30 and it kept leaking on me. I probably got a bad one but Fasttech made it right....it just takes awhile but that is the price we pay for the best deals. My fav atty is the Kanger Pro 2 and mini. I've been fooling around with RBA but haven't found the right one. I think the ceramic wick is promising but will have to try it when I got nothing to do. :)

I bought stuff (mostly vaping stuff) for about $350. Been happy with most of the things. Their prices are great, customer service is decent and shipping is free. Tho I've heard they've had a lot of problems with drop shipping, but are working hard to improve. I give my thumbs up for FastTech! About creditcart/PayPal, I've been recommended (for various reasons) to use PayPal when dealing with Chinese companys. Don't know if you've used PayPal or not, but they aren't that bad imo ;)

Good luck!

FT has consumer reviews and a forum too where you can ask questions about any product you're interested in. Good source of info.

I've been pleased with almost all of my purchases, vaping-related or not. When I received a leaking vivi nova, customer service made it right. My Innokin stuff and Kanger protanks are authentic and cost-effective. I have no problem waiting - actually, almost anything I need for my various hobbies I have to wait for, so purchases from FT are no different.

I look at the inflated prices around here for the same or lesser-quality items and cringe. Why would I want to pay 3 or 4x more?

My experience with FT has all been good. I've never had to return anything. If you don't mind the shipping wait & know what you want, I highly recommend them. The shipping times aren't that bad, usually 8-10 days max. It's like waiting for a pot of water to boil if you're in some kind of hurry. It's best to just order & forget about it, you will get your order.
Their search engine isn't the best. It's hard to maneuver around to find things you may want. For instance, when I ordered my Vamo, I found you had to type in vamos in order to find them. What is that?

Good luck on your adventure.

+ I love the Paypal feature.

I have been Mostly lucky with Fasttech and a few other Chinese suppliers. I have had a few recent mishaps that delayed our orders for an unacceptable amount of time. Also sometimes you just want something in a few days instead of waiting up to 4 weeks!
Does anyone know of a US based wholesaler or supplier that has prices in line with the fasttechs etc. that has reasonable prices on hardware that could help cut that risk of dealing in China out? Even if its a minimum order quantity etc. I understand that a US supplier will probably come at a premium, but between the unpredictable nature of the overseas shipments and customs, its probably worth it.

Take the risk or pay premuim. There really isn't another option.
Yes some dealers offer lower pricing, but hit you on S&H
Some offer free s&h but cost is built into the sale. Larger orders = higher premiums.

To often people think we should get all the benefits without the cost. It just cannot work that way. Everything has a Value and that Value is directly dictated by the region the business operates from.

A business based in the south can almost always heavily under price one based in NYC

So far so good with my first order from Fasttech. Great prices, but if your in a hurry to get your order then order domestic and pay extra. I got my girl a vamo v3 bc she didn't like the ego DC mega. Your gonna occasionally get junk anywhere you shop. I bought a starter kit from mt baker and one of the batteries never worked.

I recommend Fasttech and will be making many future purchases from them.

I've had okay service from them. Great selection of stuff for a good price. The return policy is good but takes forever. I had two separate items returned for store credit. The first one went through after about 10 days. I requested an update on the second one that's been in limbo for almost a month. They seemed confused when I said I still just wanted store credit like they had already sent out a replacement...

The closest thing you can get to fasttech prices in the US is to just check .........blogspot.com daily, wait for something you want to pop up, and pick it up at a sale. Even then, at least half his deals are ft.
