So, it seems fasttech is generally trusted by forum members. Is that accurate?

I assume that takes into consideration using credit card payment method...yes?

When FT says authentic on a product, is that pretty reliable ??

Shipping. I read wide ranging accounts of shipping times. But, if something is in stock, shipping from Hong Kong to the US, what is a typical time in shipping? I am in South Dakota, but shipping is usually pretty quick and reliable from the West Coast (California) for me.

Other considerations I have overlooked before starting to use them as a vendor? I don't intend to buy liquids, mostly Kanger coils and/or clearomizers.

Thanks!

FT is a trusted source for some members. I always use paypal when buying from them, but other members have used their CC.

If FT says it's authentic, the item will be authentic. If they say something like XXXX style, then it'll be a clone or a copy of that type of item.

As for shipping, make sure to upgrade to the USPS express via China post. My last order was shipped 9/17 and I got it here in South Texas on 9/24. It did take 5 days to ship, but I knew that when I ordered on 9/12.

Finally, their kanger coils and clearos are very hit and miss on quality - make sure you read the reviews and their own forums for customer experiences.

Just remember there may be multiple items listed, so check each one by using the drop-down on the right of the product page.

One thing to pay attention to is when it says it will ship in 1 week, or something other than 1 day. This is often "optimistic" to be kind. It is generally twice plus a week until it ships and then the time for the trip to the US.

Some of the clones are illegal, ones that say made in US, even if the makers do not try to enforce their trade marks. It is perfectly legal to make them and sell them in some countries but it is against US law to import things that say made in USA if they are not. There is probably no problem, I have heard of none, but customs could confiscate the package and charge you with a crime. Again I have never heard of this happening but it could. If you buy from a US vendor the stuff has already made it through customs.

I buy from Fastech and look on the lead time as a feature. I get the rush of buying something and by the time it arrives I have forgotten I ordered it and it is like someone got me a present.

Thanks all. Yes, I suppose I should use PayPal as an extra precaution. I dunno why, but I have enough fear of cyber security even with US vendors. I've had my credit cards hacked on two occasions, and a debit card once. (All within a year)...and never had any of the cards out of my possession.

Any additional feedback from people's experiences is welcomed!

1) Yes I use them and have had no problems.
2) Yes, you pay by credit card.
3) From what I have read here it usually is authentic.
4) Shipping times (I live in the states) is usually about 2-4 weeks or so.
5) Thier liquid is very good and cheap. My ADV is $3.87 Hangsen E-liquid for Electronic Cigarettes (30ml) - Ruyan 4 flavor / 24mg/ml nicotine at FastTech - Worldwide Free Shipping I buy them 5 at a time.

Warpigs,

I hadn't even considered trying out their liquids, but now you've piqued my interest. You're cetain it's safe stuff to vape? I thought I'd read somewhere not to trust the liquids coming from China. (Although it's pretty much unregulated here, too.)

Guess it would stop my desire to vape liquids before they've had time to steep....if I sent regular shipping, it would steep on it's own by the time it's delivered. :)

Two things on this. If you are buying liquid from fasttech, I would split them up from anything else you are buying. There have been some issues on shipping liquids from China (with the postal system) and if there is a delay, by splitting them, you minimize the inconvenience. I would also do the same if you are buying batteries from FT (although that is one thing I personally don't buy from them)

As for China liquids being safe or not. Hangsen (Dekang also) are e-liquids that have been around for years. Many vapers continue to use them as their primary vendor of choice. There are lab tours on youtube of their production facilities in China.

While nobody can say with absolute certainty if a particular vendor or flavor of e-liquid is safe, I would say food chain contamination occurs with regularity in every country and it's up to each individual to do their own research.

Your due diligence is pretty much seeking opinions and doing as much research as you can about a particular vendor. Many vendors will say their liquids are made in the US - which will mean they are mixed in the US - but flavorings and particularly nicotine extract are usually from outside of the US.
