Hello and welcome to ECF.

I'm more of a flavor chaser and don't really like warm to hot vapor. My favorite set-up would be a Reo mod with bottom fed atomic clone at about .8 ohms. Very satisfying and convenient.

I feel like I should say something about the safety of what you are doing with a .11 ohm coil build on a mech mod and I hope you are using good reliable batteries for that. That is a very low build and is probably coming close to exceeding the limits of your battery, if not already. Just please be careful and know the limits.

I'm using Samsung 25NR's and counting cycles on them as I go. I understand what you're trying to say, because that's exactly something I'd tell my customers if someone were to walk into my shop with a subohm built that low haha. But no worries, I've had my fair share of bad experiences to know that I'm walking a thin line between a cloudchaser's dream and a suicidal pipe bomb. Thanks for the fair warning though! Welcome! I was an avid cloud chucker but not so much now days. I like the throat and nose hit too much now days. Never got too much into using varied RDA's as I only used the Kennedy Competition RDA..... Never used many mechs either...... I was sort of a boring cloud chucker ....... So not much to enlighten you with.

I guess Im getting lazy in my old age. IPV4 with a smok TFV4 with quad coil. Out hits most of my RDA's and I don't have to carry a bottle of juice

How do you like the TFV4? I'm set on getting either the iPV3 Li or LiVR for certain, but I'm in the market for a decent "cloudy" tank with a high wattage limit as well as plenty of airflow.

Twisted messes clone, dual fused claptons, 26g n80 cores, 36g n80 wrapped around. 5 wraps. Wrapped around a 3mm bit. Ohms around 1.2. This sits on top of my authentic Osmium copper mech mod. Dual parrallel box mod. I have the airflow half way and man this thing chucks.

Two words. Got pics? Seems like a helluva build, but a major PITA to make! Respect to them dual claptons though!

I'm playing around with RDA's, getting really good clouds and flavor, but I love my Subtank Mini for ease and all around performance! Got a TFV4 arriving tomorrow but I gotta wait till my SnowWolf gets here to put her through her paces!:D

Lemme know how that TFV4 works out for you! I've tried the Subtank Mini, but I can't say I'm a huge fan... I was looking for an even airier draw? I vape religiously through RDA's, so I'm a little rusty on the tank game--especially regarding the newer tanks [emoji28]

Its about as airy as you can get if opened all the way. I love mine but it doesn't come alive till you pass 70w. It shines at 100w. I love mine.

This one clocked in at .131 ohms. I dont have real clear pics, no macro lens, only a samsung s4 to work with.

Fused Claptons get easier with time. I practiced with 32g over 26 before I went to 36. Using 36 is a little harder and Im still not absolutely clean with it, but im getting better. My next challenge, 40g!

It's an amazing flavor and cloud beast, just using the tri-coil setup out of the box! Airy won't be a problem, I prefer a little tighter draw and this tank has everyone covered with all it's air hole options! I can't wait to get my SnowWolf to really try out the sucker, poor Istick gasps at 48.9 watts, lol! Now for the downside, a tank is supposed to be something you fill and can take with you to work or wherever without having to worry about refilling for a few hours. A full TFV4 will not last 10 minutes of vaping! I compare it to the Velocity in terms of performance so far, but the Velocity uses 30 drops instead of 4-5 ml of juice! So practical and economical it ain't!

Thanks! Seems like I know where I'll be blowing my next paycheck haha. And great explanation btw. I'll be fine with a 4-5ml tank as long as I can use it while driving... dripping a subohm rda while driving through 8am morning traffic doesn't necessarily make me the safest guy on the road haha [emoji28] Otherwise, sounds like a well rounded tank!

Any rumors of leaking problems by any chance?

@SpartanM if I'm going for just clouds then Velocity RDA and Kennedy Comp are the 2 in my arsenal that I reach for. I am extremely satisfied with my IPV3 Li, the VR looked nice but I got a silicone case for mine so carbon fiber wouldn't be noticeable. Lately I've been running dual Nickel coils in the Velocity and wow it's a nice vape.
