Favorite gauge wire

Kanthal A1......28 and 30 ga.......plain and twisted ....handles everything I want....

damn......... now that i'm convinced to go to 30 gauge..... what am I going to do with over 100ft of 32 gauge?

I've been experimenting with the 30 ga and like it.......
but I started with 32 ga, and reordered before I knew that 30 ga was a happy mid ground

and yeah. I ordered 100 ft because A-it's cheaper that way, and B-experimenting you tend to go through so much, so fast.... LOL

You can twist the 32.....same wraps approx. as 30ga in your build with a little more flavor..

I have every size from 18 to 32. I find myself using the 28 in my Kay fun and 26 in my dripper on a Duke and 22 in my dripper on a mech

Hey guys, new to modding tanks, picked up a kayfun clone and trying to figure out what's the best gauge wire to use when using on a magneto mod and what's best for a dripper that I'll be getting soon, any info would be greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance.

26 kanthal. It eliminated the ohms creep I was getting with 28.

28 gauge for single coils
30 gauge for dual coils
32 gauge for twisted coils

Sounds good, but what's the best resistance? I want to be able to get the flavor of the juice and at the same time make some big clouds every now and then. Most likely will stick to single coils but might experiment if I get me a secondary kayfun or a when I get a 3d dripper
