I have a few to share -- will post them separately.

Wassail

2 gal fresh homogenized cider
1 sm. orange juice concentrate
2 sticks cinnamon
4 clove studded oranges baked 4 hrs at 250 degrees

Keep mixture hot on stove or in crock pot.

Great for parties or those cold winter days when you want something non-alcoholic (yeah, right lol).

This is a delicious cheese spread that can be shaped any way you want. I shape mine in little logs.

Dried Beef Cheese Logs

1 Lg jar dried beef - ground
1 - 8 oz cream cheese, softened
1 T lemon juice
2 tsp grated onion
1/4 tsp salt
1/4 tsp liquid smoke (don't leave this out!)
3/4 C chopped pecans

Reserve 1/4-1/3 of the dried beef to roll the logs in after mixing all ingredients.
Chill several hours and serve with crackers

makes 1 - 10 inch log or two smaller ones
