We had David Lee Roth perform at the Dodge County State Fair a number of years ago.

Dodge County is in the Stickies in Wisconsin. Played to a full house of about 13 screaming fans!

Wow, people who wonder why there aren't more choices, I could only fit 15. So I chose the most general ones I could, that would include yours in it. I guess I didn't even think about reggae or ska.

And techno I used for generic electronica. Maybe I should've used electronica XD I've lived with a few DJs and been friends with many more, and no matter how many house parties and raves I went to I just never knew a darn thing about the music. I'm more into guitars and hand drums myself. That and singing

Anyone who likes good beats and wonderful melodies should check out Ratatat if you haven't heard them. Lex is a great song, or Wildcat if you want to get your groove on =) I just saw them live a week and a half ago, too! Trippy screens

What are "oldies" defined as? Before what year?

Oldies used to describe music from the 50s and 60s, but as time marches on it's become anything at least 15 years old.

That said, at this point, anything pre-1994 or so could be called an oldie.
