I'm tempted to try Euroflavor. Wish they had a 10 ml sampler deal. Their sampler is for the 4oz. Who samples at 4oz?!?

Email Phill Song and let him know your wishes. He's a great guy and is one of EuroFlavor's customer service folks. Heck, he might even send them to you for free, if you plan on reviewing the flavors on forums. He's willing to work with you if you're willing to do reviews.

Yeah that's the route I'm sure I'll go. I just thought it odd that their sampler deal didn't involve the sampler size. Ya know? Why is their sampler for the 4 oz size? I've never bought 4 oz of anything, even the stuff I know I love. They should do a 4-for-$10 or 4-for-$12 deal on that 10ml size to encourage new customers to try out a variety.

Man... I'm trying to rip through some of my finished juices before I dive too far into DIY, and I'm discovering that I reallllly like Halo Prime 15 quite a bit.

I spent some time Googling around and couldn't find any solid opinions on a Prime 15 Clone.

Anyone have a recipe or anything that tastes similar to Halo Prime 15?

A good quick and easy prime 15 clone would be

5 - 7% Hangsen NO.5 or highway
1% AP
1 - 2% inawera chocolate.

You can enhance the tobacco essence of that recipe by adding 2 - 3% TA as well.

4 years ago when I started vaping I started with prime 15 and went on to this recipe when I started DIY and it's still my favorite ADV today.. This recipe needs a good 2 - 3 week steep.

you can find other prime 15 recipes as well as other halo recipes and discussion in this thread.

Halo Freedom/Smooth/Torque recipes???

You can also find other tips and tricks in my blogs including what AP and TA stand for if in doubt in the additives section of my blogs.

You guys both absolutely rock! This thread rocks!

Thanks very much. Hopefully sometime in the near future I can start to contribute positive info to this thread. Haha - I feel like I've just been a leach :)

Anyway - thanks again!

Woohoo! My first mix! Just straight Highway at around 5%. And ya know what? It's DELICIOUS! I'm absolutely blown away.... My very first mix and it's delightful. And practically free. Lol.

I did sniff test a bunch of the flavor concentrates (probably not the best gauge) - and to my nose - Highway was at the top of the list. It's frigging delicious with 0 steep time... Just a few good shakes. It's so nice and clear too. Seems like it will be easy on coils.

Anyway - Here's what i used below. (went by weight with one of the scales I saw recommended on Reddit).

Hangsen does make it pretty darn easy to make a quality vape.

Yes - I'm just sitting here blown away. I mean... My first mix and it's up there with some of my favorite juices.

I wanted to start out nice and easy/simple. Just one flavor and on the lighter end of the flavor mix. I'm very impressed. That was so easy to mix too. So darn easy.

Now I start to wonder where I go from here. I guess I gotta mix up some other simple flavors since I have so many. I'll just tuck this one away as an "approved" flavor for sure.

If your likin that HS Highway then Desert Ship and No5 are also going to be favs. Now get yourself some RTS Tobacco Absolute, INW Garuda and some acetyl pyrazine. You'll turn that great highway into a fantastic vape. I mix the tobacs as standalones then blend 50/50 or 60/40, sometimes add 1-2% AP and great vapin after a good steep.

OK... Sorry for another "noob" question... But when I pulled out some of the 100 mg/ml Nic base, I just used a pipette and drew out 30ml to add to another smaller bottle.

Anyway - I then realized I should have shaken it... So I shook it and then proceeded to add the remaining amount to some quality flip top glass beer bottles to head to the fridge.

Anyway - I don't know how diligent I was really at the shaking. Should I dump it all back together and make sure it's all properly homogeneous?

It's PG based if that matters.. Thank you all again in advance. :)

Yes...RTS only has the one listed in the tobacco absolute area. I first started with a 10ml then a 30 and now with my last order I got the 120, so I should be good for a while.

I would put it all back together and shake it completely. Not too keen on putting the nic into the fridge but dividing it into smaller portions(50 or 100ml bottles) then freezing, so you only have a smaller bottle of cut, warm and ready to pour nic on the desk.

Usually it's mixed well from the vendor but to make sure and easy your mind I would combine it all and shake well. You can then re-bottle and store. I would keep out what you would use in 3 months and freeze the rest in glass bottles. NIC in PG/VG will not burst glass bottles it in fact shrinks when frozen so fill to about a half inch from the top, cap it then freeze.

Glad you like the hangsen line of tobaccos. I find them to be the best tobacco flavors around. You will not be disappointed with Hangsen.

As far as being a leech.....no such thing around here. If you don't ask questions you don't learn so ask away.
