Cool. So it's mostly related to the harshness/hit is how we see it? I'm a pretty high nic vaper as it is (12mg/ml or higher) - at like 10-13 watts MTL, so I like throat hit anyway.

So my guess is that my uneducated pallette wouldn't be able to really tell any difference. Especially if it's all in the harshness (rather than flavor profile).

Thus, I'll start with my existing "plain Jane" Nude Nicotine I bought last year that's been in the freezer.

Yes if you like strong throat hit start with the Hit NIC. My advice is buy a small bottle and try it out before investing in large quantities. But if thats the case then I don't see an advantage in buying that higher priced premium brand when MFS NIC will likely do just as well in the throat hit department. It's far cheaper and currently what I'm using mixed down to 12mg.

I just ordered a 50ml bottle of the "Signature". I'm hoping there's more to it. Even potentially that the nicotine can get to the blood stream faster in the case if the salts the Juul uses? In any case - I'll try to report back if I notice any appreciable difference between the plain Nicotine base and the Signature.

Since I'm new - it'll be very unscientific, but maybe I'll pick on something, or maybe I won't.. Haha

The salt formula I think has nothing to do with absorbtion. NIC is pretty quickly absorbed on it's own without the help of a salt formula. It's simply harshness control and that's it.

Thanks gents!

And that's a great price on the nic! Any reason why not to get that? Might be what I load up on down the road. Heck 'a liter for $50! nice.

I just tested one of my MFS Flavor Art Desert Ship flavorings. I put two small drops in about 20ml of Hangsen Tobacco (almost like plain pg/vg). It's a great flavor. It's a little nutty on the inhale with a hint of sweetness on the exhale. This one's a keeper. Add me to the universal like column on FA Desert Ship. I'm glad I ordered two bottles.

Another plus is that when I blew it toward my wife and asked her what she thought, she said, "Not bad. A little sweet, but that's it". She can smell things that no one else notices. When I try a new juice I wait for her to ask, "What are you vaping?". If she asks, I know it's going to be bad for her senses and a juice that I have to save for when I'm outside. This one passed the wife test!
If thats the hangsen I'm vaping which is just called tobacco which i find a fantastic flavour on its own, will give your summary on it try with desert ship, for a rich dark flavour surprisingly hardly any aroma lingering indoors.

I get my Hangsen from Madvapes. It's in their Top Vapor line and I understand that it's created from Hangsen concentrates. I've vaped it for years now as a daily vape. I've tried the Desert Ship Hangsen from MV, but it's so mildly flavored that I just started buying Hangsen Tobacco only. It's a good base to add flavorings, IMO.

Two drops in about 20ml of Hangsen Tobacco really created something new and improved for me. I look forward to DIYing in a more dedicated manner starting from nic base and my own PG/VG mix and FA flavorings. This is going to be interesting.

I use Hangsen tobacs as a base for all my flavors. I'm a simple vaper with 1 or 2 flavors mixed into a HS tobac base is just dandy for me. Desert ship, highway and No5 are 3 main tobacs I use in all my mixing. They aren't sweet and make other flavors pop.

I mixed a 30ml bottle of HS Tab @ 4% and TFA RY4D @ 2% and it's a really nice ry4 style vape without too much sweetness or cloying flavor. Quite nice actually for those who don't want a candy bar vape. If you have those ingredients in stock and want a simple ry4 tobacco vape then it's worth a test for sure.

I really like HS highway @ 5% and HS vanilla at 1.5% as well. My ADV don't include things like RY4D or vanilla but they make a nice combo for a not in your face "dessert tobacco"

I do that myself with the RY4D from time to time but at a higher percentage on the Hangsen tobacco. Makes a nice easy RY4 without being sickly sweet.

Hey all. I'm just jumping in this thread, tl;dr - until yet. ;)

Can anyone tell me the difference between Cowboy, USA, and M-type?

I bought some to tobaccos to mimic the flavors I love.

But, as a single flavor, I really would like to enjoy some straight up Marlboro like I was trying to find back in the day with Boba's Bounty, Casablanca or Wyatt Earp.

P.S. Any higher level suggestions are more that welcomed.

Of the three you mentioned, RedUSA comes closest to Marlboro - if such a thing is possible. You might add a little tobacco absolute as an enhancement. Cowboy is more like a roll your own tobacco. As to M Type, I have not tried it, but not too many people are fans.

M type doesn't have anything to do with Marlboro. It's composed of a particular flavor molecule found in tobacco. You'd be better off trying the Western. Or the red.

Better still to abandon the hope for a genuine mimic and learn what sort of existing flavors appeal to you. My 2 cents, anyway.

Hangsen USA Red with a drop or 2 of INW DNB (dirty neutral base) per ml comes pretty close for me.

Thanks guys. If not for me, but also for my dad.

Does Flavor West or Health Cabin come close, or just Hangsen?
The closest I've found to marlboro was what was discribed by garyintexis. Hangsen red usa with a few drops of inawera DNB or percentage wise 2% DNB, 5 - 7% red USA..

I'm DIY'ing more and more lately, and succesfully also, unfortunatly not found yet a tabacco flavour I really like.

So I think I'm on the right place here :)

My ADV is a NET, "Rocket Fuel Reaper Blend" amoung some other non tobacco ones.

Anybody here knows a flavour / recipe that tastes a bit same like this juice?
