I read about this probably 2 years ago. It apparently can be done on certain phones and they do need a court order to do it.

Ever try using words like "bombs, target, sleeper cell, assassination, subject, etc" just to **** with just in case whoever is listening? I occasionally do it when I'm on the phone with my cousin. I also spell out his name and home address, too! The dude is so paranoid, he would cry for me to stop.

I have a pay by the minutes phone that I only turn on to use in case I get stranded in my car or whatever. Leaving it off gives me plausible deniability as to why nobody calls me for pointless yacking. LOL
