Well if anyone would be curious to know, it appears RJ Reynolds has submitted their testimony on 1/3/13. I was looking for my own comment, saw that, and went hoooooooooooooooooooly.


Also since their commentary is up, and NO new comments have appeared at all I'm afraid there's a possibility we are being censored. RJ's testimony is very strong in our favor +Lori. Time will tell. I'll be watching to see if any of our comments actually appear.

what organization and category do I choose?

I called organization "Self", and in Category the last option is for Individual Consumer.

Hi guys...ran into the same problem but here is the quick to do...just a couple extra clicks.

If your "COMMENT" button doesn't work or doesn't show up the click on the Docket ID Link That should take you to another page with the comments button on it. Hope this helps
