stock up on everything. nic,flavorings,PG/VG and coloring's if you use them,wicks/coils/batteries the FDA is not going to leave any bases uncovered. just like sudufed point of purchase sales with valid I.D. only and with the stipulation you are not using these things to make contraband items. this is a worse case scenario but very possible.
Yes, and so is voting restrictions for white males. Yes, it's possible but not very probable. Just as a Republican/Libertarian leaning-congress ganged up on the FDA and pretty much left the American nutritional supplement industry alone, there is reason for optimism that they will respond similarly with the vaping issue. I realize that this is a multinational forum, but those of you who live in democracies have only yourselves to blame for the politicians you elect. In the US, what I think will eventually be handed down is something that most all who participate here can deal with. Of course, there will be the obligatory "protect the children" clause (which those of you who know what my position on this is understand that I'm not sure that children need to be protected in this instance), and if there is any sanity, there will be mandatory labeling requirements and the development of a lexicon of terms that any user can understand. The fact the nicotine juice suppliers label their bottles 18mg, 24mg. etc just plays into the hands of the regulators. Hell, going back and forth between units of mass and units of liquid confused the hell out of me when I first tried to get my head around what the labels on the bottles actual mean. This shouldn't be a 'private club', where only 'members' understand the meaning of things. In the case of the mg example, I defy anybody who thinks that this makes sense to ask a non-vaper what the label '24mg nicotine' on a 30ml bottle of flavored nicotine juice actually means. Don't act like pseudo-Libertarians. Educate and strive for understanding through education. There is a lot of good to be gained from some enforced regulations on this industry.
