As Vocalek has suggested in some of the other threads, please take the time to put your emails into letter format, print them out and mail them. A couple of ECF members have already gotten back canned responses to their emails, leading us to believe that they were never actually read. For less than the cost of standard shipping on your supplies, you can make sure that they aren't just sending your responses though a filter.

I just typed up a physical letter to my state Rep. It's going in the mail tomorrow. This is absolutely ridiculous. The FDA just can't seem to get the hint.

How the heck are they still siezing shipments?! I thought all of this was taken care of with the court ruling. What are their grounds for this now? Because they want too? This is yet another example of why we need a smaller less controlling government. It makes me sick. No one should control my life besides ME.

Bump EXCELLENT CAUSE....... sent my letters to reps..... even to our Senator (former Atty General) who was against ecigs. He made ignorant comments about dangers of ecigs.....hummm could be because CT is one of the highest taxed state on tobacco.

Sorry to say but my Representative is recovering from a bullet wound to the head. I think i will send a get well wishes letter first , then after some time passes i will send one about the FDA. Sorry to say it but i think she would be the only one of my Representatives that would listen. But i guess i can write the others.

I am in the same boat with you, and i agree that she would be the one that would listen. I did contact McCain anyway.

People, keep in mind that it is possible that not only members of the ecig "community" read these posts. Espousing extreme actions or just making inflammatory statements is not likely to help our cause and it can definitely cause problems for you on ECF.
