Keep in mind that, as the FDA 'regulates' and 'creates' what they refer to as a lower nicotine cigarette ...
that means smoker's wanting their usual amt of nic will increase the number of cigs they buy/smoke...
drag deeper/harder/longer and ingest more of the hundreds of toxins that are not nicotine...

while of course sharing more in taxes with the government, providing the tobacco companies more 'income' to 'tithe' back to their great and wonderous new 'Federally Deified Associate'

wonder what's in that .... log? - the link below takes you to a page with lots of info I've posted for you to explore and share if you like.

$235 million = 2350 new jobs at the FDA at $100,000 annual salary each.

Job Descripion: To enforce the ban of flavored cigarettes which no longer exist.
Make sure picture warnings & ingredents are on all packs.
And other useless tasks.

Yeah: Creation of another govornment bureaucratic country club.
Now when they they have nothing to do and need to justify their existance
guess who they'll be after.

I wouldn't be anything new,, you don't get inspections for free,, I know discussing selling an inspected product, I had a choice sell/distribute it as soon as I picked it up from an inspected facility that pays for it's inspections or pay to have the area of my home where it would be stored regulary inspected at a fee..

I worked for a company that had a quality control concerning it sales tactics ,, they gave it a different name and made it look like a seperate company,, but it was the same company.. One part of the company made the sales, and the other part of the company (same building, different floor) called their customers acting like they an unbias party to collect information if the customer was happy or had felt pressured to make the purchase... CYA paper trail.....

just no way to enforce honesty,, no matter how many different big brothers you have..
