After Obama's FDA unlawfully banned e-cigarettes, falsely claimed e-cigarettes are hazardous and target marketed to youth, refused to truthfully acknowledge that smokefree tobacco products are far less hazardous alternatives to cigarettes, and falsely claimed "To date, no tobacco products have been scientifically proven to reduce risk of tobacco-related disease, improve safety or cause less harm than other tobacco products," Commissioner Margaret Hamburg claims the agency is "working to make sure all Americans, young and old, understand the true dangers of tobacco use" and greatly exaggerates the negligable public health impact of the FSPTCA.

And after smokefree workplace laws, cigarette tax hikes, the Synar youth access law, the MSA and other lawsuits dramatically reduced youth smoking during the past 15 years, Hamburg's op/ed credited the FSPTCA and the FDA for protecting children from tobacco.

I am seriously considering calling them and reporting the FDA themselves for health fraud...

Report Violations
If you see tobacco retailers market or promote their products as “light,” “low,” “mild” or somehow safer to consume, please report it immediately to:

CTPcompliance@fda.hhs.gov or
1-877-287-1373 Option 3

Before I do it I'm giving people a chance to talk me out of it first though.
:)
