FDA has apparently removed ZICAM from the market today.
Seems as though the Zinc in the preparation kills the "smelling" nodes in your nose. OOPSIE

They sure took their time with Zicam. I've heard about it killing sense of smell for at least 3 or 4 years.

The FDA has received more than 130 reports of loss of sense of smell associated with the use of these three Zicam products. In these reports, many people who experienced a loss of smell said the condition occurred with the first dose; others reported a loss of the sense of smell after multiple uses of the products

They got 130! Wow. The main thing is, it will be fixed now. How long do you think cigarette smokers are going to have their complaints heard after FDA gets into their "Schtik"! Little word play, there.
