Hi all. I can start new thread just here... Anyway, I think that anyone red the FDA report and the whole discussion is about e-cigs ban or not... but I found, if I well understand, something interesting in FDA report; let me know about what you think.

FDA says that the High cartridge have an average nicotine content of 35mcg/puff. If you do 35 mcg x 15 puffs (more or less equal a sigarette) we have 525mcg that is 0.525 mg of nicotine. Supposing that 15 puffs is roughly 0.05ml of e-liquid 1 ml of eliquid High is 0.525 x 20 = 10.50 mg / ml

If the liquid of the cartridge was 1,8% where the 7.50 (18 - 10.50) mg are gone? Maybe FDA are telling us that we are getting much less nicotine when we thought? And are this 10.50 mg whole absorbed by us...?

Yeah-but thats the way it is-got aspertame in your soft drinks(and many other things) flouride in tap water, mercury in vaccines-on and on. Funny u hear or read an ad for a prescription drug and the side effects from the drug are worse than the original problem.
Theres a dr on this blog commenting on the fda's testing-which is always skewed/depending on what they want-don't want:
...i can't put a direct link yet-too much of a noob still-but its tobaccoanalysis.blogspot.com/
