FDA Sides With US!

Looks like Judge Leon finally issued his verdict. He says FDA has no right to regulate our E-Cigs as Drug delivery devices or tobacco products. I meant to say the Judge sided with us, but I hit the post button b4 I caught my mistake and I can't edit my title. Here is a short article:

Maybe now V4L will get all of their shipments from China with no problems.

The FDA didn't side with us... the Judge did... Now on to appeals, and FDA attempting to influence state AG's to ban them state by state. The fight likely isn't over, but only begun.

Upon reading the longer order I found that this is actually just the order for the injunction SE & Njoy asked for. So basically they are being allowed to continue business as usual without fear of the FDA seizing any of their shipments until the final verdict in this case. This is still a win for us. Just not the big win we were hoping for. I am also sure that even if the main verdict goes in our favor the FDA will ultimately decide that E-cigs are a tobacco product (which they do have the authority to regulate). This would likely at least give them reign over our juice.

Better than the alternative. I also originally read the title as side with "(the)" U.S. And mumbled O S**t.

This is at least a start. Could have been much worse.

In the meantime... does this mean that they have to release all the juice and other items that they've grabbed in customs? I hope so!

My heart literally leapt when I read the post title. What great news!... so far.

Parmacrafter, in post #32 in the 555 thumbs up/down thread, MaryKay posted advice on how to change a thread title as it appears in the main forum list. She posted the following:

"Changing your thread title: This was posted by Sattec in this thread: How to edit the title of your post... just click on the edit button and you should see the "go advanced" button near the save button, click on that, then you can change the text of the title and it will "stick". I really hope so but I think it more likely that those shipments have been destroyed. Anyone know?

I hope they have to repay the buyers of those shipments for loss of sales and loss of product if they were of an earlier model that there is no longer a buyer for. Any Juices that have suffered damage due to storage conditions and the such.

I received the e mail notice from cigtechs with this elating news.

E mailed it those friends who hadn't seen it yet, and we're so excited because with all the negativity, this is one very bright spot for us, finally!!
