This link is a fascinating read.

"The nonsensical excuses the FDA, in particular, uses to justify convoluted logic regarding its various rulings, is a demonstration of just how far that agency will go to help its “client.” Yes, FDA officials refer to the pharmaceutical industry as FDA’s “client”. Emord provides extensive details on how the pharmaceutical industry has gained control of not just the FDA but also medical schools, medical research, prescription decisions by doctors, as well as actions by members of Congress and even the President."

The links at the bottom of the page are especially useful:

Bill to remove presumptive authority from the FDA:
Health Freedom Protection Act H.R. 2117 - Emord & Associates

Bill to restore all legislative powers back to congress ONLY:
Congressional Responsibility and Accountability Act - Emord & Associates

Bill to remove presumptive authority from the FTC:
Congressional Responsibility and Accountability Act - Emord & Associates

None of these laws have been voted on yet!

Time to start writing letters? :D

Too bad SE and njoy did not hire Emord as their attorney. They might have had a better argument with him in their corner. Hey, maybe for the appeal?
