FDA urges tobacco users to quit all tobacco use for the New Year

The FDA just posted a note on its website (and sent it to its e-mail list) urging all tobacco users (which includes all e-cigarette users) to quit all tobacco use for the New Year.
Resolve to be Tobacco Free in 2012

Instead of truthfully informing people about risks of different tobacco products and instead of respecting people's autonomy, the FDA seems to be far more interested in misleading the public and regulating everybody's behaviors.

And some financial analysts think they are wrong because "quitting smoking is one hell of a fight" and "Altria is a great bet with its grand profits and revenue"

i dont see any mention of ecigs on their website, non-what-so-ever. of course i dont think they would mention it since people might be likely to try quitting cigarettes using a PV if they see this on their website; which frankly wouldnt be a bad thing
