None of us ever wrote to the FDA to let them know that their picture of how to charge an e-cigarette was hilarious to anyone who knows anything at all about the subject. We were afraid if we told them they were making big fools of themselves, they'd change the picture.
And yes, back then we discussed in ECF whether we should flood them with our success stories in their adverse events system. We decided that if they were truly evil, they would not mention that they got any good reports. They would just add them into their tally of "bad stuff that happens to folks who use those dangerous e-ciggy thingies."
