"Mitch has been kind enough to submit himself to the Warner Series version of the Barbara Walters interview, if you will. Although we promise we won't make you cry. Not that I think we could."

Why don't expensive APVs & other high-end vape gear fall under similar potential exemptions as premium cigars, based on Mitch's reasoning?

Whew. That was a helluva way to spend the first hour and a half of a vacation.
Every time I listen to things like this I come come away with the impression that unlike some people who oppose vaping based on ignorance and brainwashing, Zeller absolutely knows the truth. I could never live a life of devoting myself to regulation for regulation's sake, what sort of people are these?
they can only regulate in as far as what the law already states is a component or part of a finished tobacco product. On ecigs... If it is a component or part it will be regulated. If it's an accessory - case, tobacco holder, no....

they can only regulate in as far as what the law already states is a component or part of a finished tobacco product.
that's any component or part to be used in the consumption of a tobacco product.it literally means consumed along with the tobacco.
cigarette papers, glue and filters.we do not consume the coil, wick, tank,or battery along with the juice.i believe technically they have no jurisdiction to do so no matter what they say in the deeming regs.dont get me wrong,i am not saying they are not going to try.
they talk as if they can but they have to know otherwise.they seem to think it is a fate accomplie.after reading the white house response to the petition concerning any ban i am beginning to believe they think they can create new law out of whole cloth.
just like obama.

I know the argument well. I hope that is the case, but I don't believe it is. We'll see.
