I have been careful not to tug on anything and just slowly remove the bottle each refill on my Grand, but the feed tube with the small metal 'insert' just popped off this morning.

I've managed to get it back into place and it seems to be feeding fine without the glue due to the perfect sizing of the bottle vs. the channel to feed liquid.

Do I need to resecure the tube with contact cement or glue and does the small gold piece at the top of the tube actually need to 'connect' to the bottom of the 510 connector?

Thanks for any help in advance.

Metal 'nipple' came off with the tube.

That metal nipple is part of the connector. It screws on. It shows it in the re-build video.

Best way is to watch the video then you will see what you have to do.

The tubing is probably glued to the metal nipple.
