Getting a bit ...... off with my vamo cause there seems to be endless problems with it since i got it less than 4 weeks ago.

Anyway wondering how the evic is.
looks impressive but i know nothing about modding and stuff like that so not sure if its a good idea.

wanted a provari but still trying to see where i can order one online from.

Thanks in advance!

U wan the evic? I rather u go for Provari man. Anyway the vamo problem is probably damage done to the contact pin earlier when u screwed on too tight. However I realised something - my vivi and protank does not get low ohm reading when screwed on tight or loose. But I do get the low ohm reading on my new vivi that came this morning. I believe new stuff may experience this, but once seasoned it should be fine.

I own 2 in fact. About 1 week le and got my second yesterday for a close friend of mine. Hmm, Is far more complex than a twist, I can say is a gadget which performs well. Of cos there is the provari which cost quite abit. Stable voltage, long life batt on 18650 proven to vape about 3 days for me daily about 400 puffs , design , is nice plus u could mod abit on the flat top and shorter batter cone which uses 18350s, and upgradable firmware. Basically is what u want for a PV. Btw new v1.3 let's u adjust yr puff timing on auto, while it could ba also adjusted for example 1s-1.5s blasting at 3.8v 1.5-2s @4v finally and so on. Give u a kinda cold to hot vape. Cool thing. Read ohms personalize user. All I could say is it's intelligent. After this will be Mach mod in which when ur more fimilar with ohms, voltage and watts calculation which a Mach could only vape at one voltage non adjustable after calculating batt volt and Ohm resistance. Hope u get a clearer picture. I might be wrong but is from my view. Cheers to vaping.:vapor:

Actually Vamo is one of the best VV/VW in the market. U get what u pay for. How u handle and protect ur PV depends on yourself. I have my Vamo and I agree sometimes it does give me a little off chart readings, but I take care when I screw on my tanks. After some time of slow and steady movements, the problems have seized.

If u have the tendency to accidentally 'injure' your PV, then i suppose it would happen to most PVs if accidents do happen. And that does not make the evic an exception. Bottom line is we don't need to start trying ways to fix the PVs when it happens one or two times, but instead be careful how we handle the PVs, all the way down to how we even keep them in our pockets.

Hahaha epic u la poison me, when u luring me to Mach mods. Seen something powerful than u giving up for more higher end stuff? Bottom line of PV 's are ment to vape, it's most fragile for vv/vw devices, for Mach it's most durable no pcb board inside. Dents and scars while dropping are unavoidable some even spoil once dropped. Guys take good care of them I am sure than will let u suck with breeze too. Hahaha.

Got my Evic [*edited] it works great. I'm not going to recommend it because YMMV, some people really hate Evics, but for me it performs well consistently and does what I need it to do. The casing is light, which I like because my gf doesn't complain when I put it in her purse  but if you like that weighty feel then Siam Mods and Kir Fanis make SS tubes for it. You just remove the control unit and put it in your new tubes.

What I really like about it is being able to see voltage, wattage, ohms and battery life at once. It can charge a battery while being used as a passthrough, which is a lifesaver if you're forgetful about charging your batteries like I am. However it won't work as a passthrough without a battery inside.

My :2c:
