Hmmm thats curious... so why am I smoke free for over a week and don't miss an analog sinc then but if my battery runs flat in the middle of traffic I start looking around for a lost cigarrete pack or lost cigarrete in my cup holder? I agree that there is something in analogs that makes the addiction worse but vaping can, most of the day, inhibit the desire completely... without the vaping machine, I imediately start feeling the urge to grab a cig... will that go away? It never went completely away during the first two years I started vaping but I do admit that I often had an analog in the morning when carving was at its badest. I'm trying to avoid that now completely.
I was conviced that we were just exchanging one addiction for the other and once the "other" wasn't available, we would have urges again (I certainly do... still).

Tony
Yea it's that morning ciggy that ruins it. You have to leave ciggs out completly i had issues with the morning cigg aswell.
But once you've been free from the cigarettes for awhile you won't get the same urges. The body needs to "detox" all the chemicals in cigarettes and you've to learn your brain that it won't get those anymore. It'll come naturally later on.
The only feeling i get if i think "oh i'vent vaped today" then i feel that i miss something like when you haven't gotten your coffe.
Nicotine is addicitve, just not as much as media wants us to believe. That's why we can transition rather easily to lower nic aswell.
I've went from 24->18->12 and now i'm going into 6mg soon.
Quite funny, how i can sit home all day and vape infront of the computer or spend a whole day out without vaping at all.
Edit: You know the feeling when your at a meeting or similar and you know that you can't smoke for like 4 hours, that's a nightmare and pure hell. However this is not the case with vaping.
