OP, are you addicted to nicotine? If not, don't vape it. Don't mess around with a compound nearly as addictive as ....... I only vape to stop my 30 years of unfiltered death. Everything else has filed. Avoid addiction when possible. Have a coffe instead and vape a tasty 0 mg blend.

edit: lmao on not being able to talk about chemicaly modified morphine. The "......."

Drug talk aren't allowed on these forums that's why it's being censored.

This is false though. It's the added chemicals that makes it so addictive. Nicotine alone isnt worse than caffeine is. And that's proven.
Also if i look to myself and some others who have discussed this, is that we can go all day without vaping and have no issues at all.
So the cravings we've from ciggs are the nasty 4000 chemicals added.

However as mentioned earlier, don't start with nicotine if you're not used to it. Even though it's "safe" and not that addicting alone it's realy unnecessary to use nicotine.

Edit: Some sources for ya guys.

Hmmm thats curious... so why am I smoke free for over a week and don't miss an analog sinc then but if my battery runs flat in the middle of traffic I start looking around for a lost cigarrete pack or lost cigarrete in my cup holder? I agree that there is something in analogs that makes the addiction worse but vaping can, most of the day, inhibit the desire completely... without the vaping machine, I imediately start feeling the urge to grab a cig... will that go away? It never went completely away during the first two years I started vaping but I do admit that I often had an analog in the morning when carving was at its badest. I'm trying to avoid that now completely.

I was conviced that we were just exchanging one addiction for the other and once the "other" wasn't available, we would have urges again (I certainly do... still).

Yea it's that morning ciggy that ruins it. You have to leave ciggs out completly i had issues with the morning cigg aswell.
But once you've been free from the cigarettes for awhile you won't get the same urges. The body needs to "detox" all the chemicals in cigarettes and you've to learn your brain that it won't get those anymore. It'll come naturally later on.

The only feeling i get if i think "oh i'vent vaped today" then i feel that i miss something like when you haven't gotten your coffe.

Nicotine is addicitve, just not as much as media wants us to believe. That's why we can transition rather easily to lower nic aswell.
I've went from 24->18->12 and now i'm going into 6mg soon.

Quite funny, how i can sit home all day and vape infront of the computer or spend a whole day out without vaping at all.

Edit: You know the feeling when your at a meeting or similar and you know that you can't smoke for like 4 hours, that's a nightmare and pure hell. However this is not the case with vaping.

That would be cool if I could spend the whole day without sucking anything... err... that sounds kinda wierd... I mean a full day without vaping or smoking... I guess I have to keep on insisting in avoiding that one cig in the morning... the rest of the day is pretty easy especially when you can vape all day long :)

I'm still experimenting with different e-liquids to find my all day vape. I hope once thats settled, I can focus on complete absense. Last time, I vaped a DIY mixture of menthol and PG/VG which was very nice for two years but never could completely turn my back on analogs in the morning. This time its somehow easier resist the cig in the morning.... I have use this in my advantage.

Thx for the clarification... back to the OP... where is he?

Tony
