If I am feeling a little light headed is that because of the Nicotine content (slight overdose?, not enough?) or is it because of the propylene glycol? I don't have any headaches, or any pain at all really. I haven't seen any hives, leisions, sores or anything like that. I am not really dizzy but my vision gets very mildly fuzzy. Specifically my periphial vision. Should I stop vaping? I have some 100% VG juice on the way, and some 80/20 as well coming. So I guess I could try those and see if it's the PG but this won't cause any longterm problems, will it? Has anyone else felt this before?

I think you have a better chance of overdosing on nicotine with analogs than pvs. Could be that you're just vaping a little too much.

PG gets a really bad rap on this board. Not to say some people aren't allergic to it, some people are. It's not really a harmful ingredient, it's in tons of things. Some people also have reactions to VG.

....the lack of 4000 chemicals from smoking analogs...

See, I was thinking this as well. I know that some chemicals in cigarettes are used to increase the body's nicotine intake. Without it perhaps some side effects might happen. Have you ever felt it before? Is it normal to feel this at first?

I see. I would imagine I'm not vaping that much? I only say this because though I do top off my carts 3-5 times yesterday, I've been on the same battery for over 24 hours. Then again I have an eGo and they're reputable for lasting a little while.

I'm using 18MG nicotine, perhaps I should decrease?

I felt quite spaced out / light headed when i completely gave up the ciggys and switched over to vaping full time. It says in the NHS quit smoking leaflet that light-headedness is a symptom of you blood/oxygen level getting back to normal due to not smoking. It passed after a few days with me

Oh, sweet! I hope this is it!

I didn't think I was overvaping because I only vape when I crave nicotine. I don't vape nearly as much as I smoked it seems. Hopefully in a couple of days It'll pass.

You just started, right? I felt a little weird at first but as time went on I felt better. My mother also did (and she did have tongue irritation as well). I got alarmed and bought some VG (that stuff is so thick and so sweet!) and messed up her juice.

For me, I think it was getting off the cigs and the nervousness of trying something new. After about a week, I felt great.

I started with 24 mg nicotine and haven't changed. My mom started with 36 (she was a long time heavy smoker) and she is now down to 12 or 6 mg.

Sometimes when we start something new we tend to overthink things.

Or, it could be the PG. I really don't know. I'm just giving you my experience.

Good luck, hope you feel better!

You know what, I am going to continue to vape. If this problem keeps up within a few more days, I'll consider quitting EVERYTHING. But that will be after a few more days of vaping and trying other mixtures like VG and blends of both. After reading some of the responses, I've a good feeling that it'll go away. The effects aren't even that bad, it's just a little alarming.

Drink even some more water....

Vaping is dehydrating to your system...many of the negative feelings a lot of vapers have at first can be directly attributed to dehydration....
