Hi guys been vaping for four weeks now and I had told myself I would not buy multiple tanks lol... That didn't last long I have the cleito and the crown. Not to impressed by the cleito thinking of maybe buying the rafale? Any thoughts on this tank? Or feedback? Anyhow specially on the weekends I feel like in vaping all the time although I'm only going through 3-4 tanks a day 4ml each tank. 4 weeks I figured I would of not been vaping as much but I really do enjoy it at least
I'm not smoking and My throat doesn't hurt or no headaches I just sometimes worry that I'm vaping too much lol!

Some people refer to their units as a pacifier for a good reason.

If it's doing its job - no more cigarettes, better health - then suck on that thing as much as you like!
Well that's what I was starting to worry about. I use to be almost a pack a day smoker and it just felt like I wasn't always smoking analogs but now when I'm home or driving I'm vaping. The only time I'm not vaping is when I'm at work or in the gym lol. But I do feel healthier I was just worried I was maybe doing more damage by vaping more then when I was smoking. Just being paranoid I guess lol #vaping

I go through about the same amount of liquid per day, as I've recently quit the analogs again. There's nothing wrong with it, and it's still prolly cheaper than your old habit, (it definitely is for me). Most people cut their juice consumption and/or nic level down some as time goes on. Some don't.

In any case, just enjoy and be thankful you're free of cigs! :vapor:

I went by urge. And, it didn't sit in my hand or in front of me. I adjusted my Nic level so that my urge was about every 45 minutes or an hour.

I vape about 4-5 a day average. After awhile, I had a step stronger Nic juice when I woke up. In the evening relaxing, a step down to avoid to much Nic.

I have always had a bunch of toppers. In active use, I see eleven. Just easier and I experience more.

I've been thinking the same thing. I used to smoke about a half pack a day, which isn't that much relatively speaking, but now I don't really go more than an hour or so without vaping (except when sleeping). On the weekends I vape multiple times an hour. Granted, I normally just take a couple pulls each time (not a full cigarettes worth) so maybe in the end I'm not actually vaping more than I used to smoke.

Vaping is just so convenient, arguably too convenient, that I'm worried my addiction to nicotine is actually getting worse. I'm glad that I can taper down the nic content without having to reduce the frequency I vape, because for me at least, I won't be fully satisfied until I'm off nicotine for good.

Not me. I like nicotine's effect, and will continue to use it at low levels. To each his own, and at least, for now, we have the choice to go either way and keep it affordable.

I'm on 18mg juice at the moment, which is what I started on in order to quit smoking. That was about 2 months ago - haven't had an analog since. My plan is to buy bottles of juice that gradually step down (18, 12, 6, 0) and then ideally stop habitual vaping all together. Will probably still vape low nic when drinking or to ease the occasional craving, but that will only be on an as needed/wanted basis. My hope is to someday not want to vape/smoke, which I imagine will happen organically once I've been on 0 nic for a while.

This is exactly me. I too was a half-packer and now I always keep my vape at hand. And the convenience - oh, two-three puffs - I spend a minute or two per vape session, instead of 5-10 minutes chewing on a cigarette. I'm at around 3mg DIY; I was 0 nic for awhile but I like the throat hit and there are some benefits to low-level nicotine, particularly for things like dementia.

I really enjoy vaping and at this point don't plan on quitting any time soon. Nicotine is not bad it's like caffeine.

I like it better than caffeine. Nic never makes me more prone to sweat or gives me "the jitters". I do enjoy them both together in the mornings, though.

My doctor said they have similarities, in our short discussion. Both constrict blood vessels in a temporary way, which raises the heart rate for a resemblance of energy. It is temporary in nature.

As to vaping, I vape more if my vaporizer is in my line of sight, less otherwise. But, I do look for it when I have an urge.

Remember, dropping from 18mg to 12mg is a 33% drop. Or, the two levels can be mixed for a 15mg and 17% drop. Mixing is just a trick.
