My best advice is - don't feel like a failure and don't beat yourself up about it - you have to be able to forgive yourself and move on - I think that you have to quit in your mind first - just like with beating any addiction. And positive reinforcement works too - tell yourself you ARE quitting...and on that same note - here is a quote that I came upon which is so true:

.....YOU ARE WHAT YOU THINK....
.....YOU ARE WHAT YOU GO FOR.....
.....YOU ARE WHAT YOU DO.....

BEST of luck to you - you can count on everyone in this forum for support! :)

Change up your juice flavors to keep things interesting?

I know I was going for a time back and forth between vaping and smoking, but that was when I was converting over to vaping.

Know for me a big thing was getting in my car or coming home and having it smell like smoke was what kept me from wanting to smoke again (or at least part of it).

What eCig were you using? From everything I read on here, and my experience the past month, if the eCig experience isn't MORE enjoyable (for the most part) than analogs, something needs to change with the eCig/juice, or both. This is not smoking, but it ain't quitting either. Not in the "cold turkey", "nicotine patch" way of toughing it out. Make vaping something you LIKE to do this time around, if it wasn't before.

Also, don't feel guilty. You smoked "some" cigarettes, so what? You've done that before. : )

Lastly, analogs are not that expensive by the pack, but add up your month of smoking and compare that to a month of vaping.

Good luck!
