I'm looking at the Vapor King, and I'm liking what I'm seeing, but I want to do my homework and know what I'm getting before I make a set decision, so I have a few questions.

With the starter kits it says to choose flavor/strength of cartomizers on the confirmation screen, are there any limit to what flavors you can pick of the flavors available? Or could you get blank cartomizers instead?

I've done a bit of research on LED colors, but some of the post were from a while ago and want to make sure I have current info.

So.. I know there isn't an option to specifically choose the LED color of your batteries, but read that you can mention a preference, however there's no guarantee you'll get it and you're pretty much at mercy of what they have in stock. With that in mind my questions are:

What color LEDs are available to what color batteries? Specifically Black an purple, most likely to get either of those colors.

Do the lavender short automatic batteries really have purple LEDs (That would be a must have for sure )

Can you contact them in advance to see if they have a specific color LED in stock?
(Would be especially helpful since I'm going to *try* and hold off until after the holidays)

I think that about covers it for the moment, thanks for any help. :)

I can answer a couple of questions as a customer myself.

Your choice of flavors is restricted to a box of flavors..one flavor or if you want to choice a sample pack they have those too. (best choice) You can't pick and choose your own flavor 5 pack though.

There are NO purple LEDS for any color battery. I wish! The colors are Orange, red, green, blue, yellow and red. Not all batteries come in all the colors..it depends on the lastest shipment and if they have sold out of a certain color. Wader said that the Purple batts come with pink or blue LEDs. In order to give you a list of what LED is availible for what Battery in every size they would have to do an inventory everyday.

If you request a color..give them some choices, like a silver battery with blue or green LED. That gives them some leeway..not for sure but better then nothing! I always request "Please no orange".

Contacting by using the customer service link on the site is always a great idea. But asking them for a color today and hoping the information will be current a month or two isn't really possible. Inventory is just too fliud. Wait to contact them the day or two before you order.

Good luck and welcome to the Vapor4 Life family! Also welcome to ECF!

I believe this may be where the purple LED idea came from

Ladies might I add the new lavender color is available in either purple or pink LED.

Sounds like its limited to only that one new color, in the auto shorty if I'm not mistaken

About the flavors you can get in the kit I saw that there were some "premium" flavors and specialty cartomizers (VG only I think) they sell, I was wondering if they were excluded from the offer. I haven't looked at them that closely, but wouldn't want to get my heart set on a flavor that sounds really good that's excluded you know? (Edit: Erm.. Are premium cartos just like a brand?  )

I asked about contacting them so I could check just before ordering in case maybe they were out of a something, and to ask when they might restock so I could hold off on ordering until they do, that kind of thing. Thank you for the info though :)

I didn't read the Purple with Purple led that Bobby mentioned. He may or may not be right..I was going on the product updates that Wader provides. We will have to ask Wader or Doshma.

Viginia Kay, I am sure I am right in saying ALL carto's are fair game for your first order. Premium is just a name to separate them from each other, like Wow or regular or V.G.. I love them all!

yeah..contact them just before your order. They want to make your first order stellar! (Not that it won't be anyway)

Yes he does Lynn! He has been very helpful to me.
We are talking about the new lavender shorty..there seems to be two discriptions of LED colors, one from Bobby and one from Wader. Hopefully one of them will clear it up..I am rooting for purple LEDs!
I also have a regular purple with a Pink LED and an Extra long purple with a blue LED..love the pink LED!

As silly as it is, a purple LED is a HUGE selling point for me. I seriously debated over and almost went with a 510 primarily because I found a couple sites with black batteries w/ purple LEDs

The biggest reason I decided not to go with a 510 had nothing to do with anything I'd heard about it's performance, just that I had a hard time finding automatic batteries, and by all the threads I had read the ones available seemed kind of dodgy.

Even then the Purple LED had enough of a hold on me that I considered getting the 510 JUST for the LED then getting another system for automatic use. Unfortunately the tag team of common sense and reality gave me a good smack upside the head.

I realized that would be two PCC cases, plus my mini juice stash (though with how much the cartos can hold may not have been necessary), and possibly another thing to carry spare cartos I'd have to tote around with me. I'd need a new purse to carry that much in, or at least seriously consider how badly do I really need to have this or that with me, not to mention the cost of two starter kits, etc. etc. etc.
