Fifteen months! How long it took for me to be able to say I was able to completely sever my nicotine connection!! Sadly that also means I've severed my vaping connection also, but all in all I have to say it's worth it!

Now to decide how to clear out all the transitional baggage - mod, atomizers, flavorings, etc, etc, etc... - that I've accumulated... Suggestions?

I vape 0mg, and I love it,,,,,,,,,been off nic for a year now,,,

but I was definitely more addicted to the hand to mouth than I ever was to the nic,,,,,,

hence the reason the gum and patch never worked for me,,,,,,,,
