I've not read anyone doing it this way so am wondering if it just won't work...

I just received my first box cartos, I removed the little white cap with the small hole for vape to come out. I pulled up just over 1 ml juice. I put the syringe between the filler material and barrel of the carto and slowly pushed. I'm letting it sit right now to absorb.

Will this work? It was really simple so probably not after all the problems I've read! Let me know, I'll throw it out instead of waiting and try another way!:2cool:

THROW IT AWAY!!! IT'S NOW POISON DUDE!

Kidding..You should be fine...just keep putting some juice in until it stops absorving and let it sit for a couple of minutes.
After that vape on the little sucker.
Just don't forget to put some drops in it once in a while to keep it wet and don't burn the filler (if you burn it you will get a burnt flavour that will never come out)

Hi, Katya. It's a Joye 510 cartomizer. Let me know if I can put more in. I don't know what you vape on, but for me, filling my carto this way was much more simple than trying to guide a syringe tube down the side of a closed end of a carto and slowly fill the way I was instructed from the vendor. Or the slowly push it in a condom way (why couldn't they call that the plastic shipping cap?? A guy must name all these parts!)

Like i said before.
Put the juice in there until 1 of 2 things happen:
1-> If you see juice coming out of the conector it's full
2-> Add juice until the filler material is well soaked
Let them rest for a while, and add a few more drops on top of the filler and see if they disappear. If they do add drop by drop until it stops disappearing.

Mrspenn, are you sure you got Joye cartomizers? Genuine Joye cartomizers do not have a white flat mouthpiece with a hole in them... You're descrbing a traditional cartomizer, like Boge or kr808...

Genuine Joye cartos are tricky... They tend to leak at the bottom seam and the filler tends to burn as it gets pushed down onto the atomizer coil after a few refills. There have been many discussions about those genuine Joye cartos, here's one:

http://www.e-cigarette-forum.com/fo.../151903-joytech-510-cartomizer-questions.html

I use Boge cartomizers (2.0Ω and 2.5Ω, depending on the battery) and eGo-T and 510-T atomizers.

Jez, I need to pay more attention when I buy this stuff! I've no idea what brand. They came in a white box with black band on top with white letters that read "Caromizers"

Here I go again with my love/hate vaping. Got my new cartomizers. From advice here on the forum, I got 801 Fusion's to go with my Riva. First day, I was in vaping heaven. I did not know any better and did a "condom" fill....Vaped all day, then read on the forum....do not do a condom fill on a 801....uh-oh.....Soooo, I cleaned the carto like I clean my atty's....sitting in hot water....then draining....then drying for 8-12 hours. I killed my cartomizer.
Now, i get my second carto, and 45 degree angle fill. I have been 'fiddling' with this thing all day. I don't have a syringe 'yet'....sooooo discouraging

Sounds like Boge cartos, especially if they had the flat white rubber stoppers.
