I don't have any problems with these ads because they encourage more smokers to buy/use e-cigs instead of smoking.
Besides, since 2009, e-cigarette prohibitionists have been claiming that e-cigarettes are being marketed to smokers for use when and where smoking isn't permitted.

tobacco is NOT a safe alternative to cigarettes, and to oppose smokeless
tobacco as THR alternative for smokers.
