I had a carton of cigarettes left when I last had a smoke. I gave them away last night. I hadn't been even remotely tempted to have one, but I just wasn't quite ready to let go of them, just in case I might need one.

Feels pretty good to have them gone, and even better that I was able to hand them over without any wistful feelings or twinges of regret. :)

On a side note, I let a friend (the one I gave the smokes to) try my kr8. She took one puff, and said "Oh my god! It tastes like I just licked an ashtray!" I was honestly quite shocked. I mean she had just smoked a cigarette, and she smelled like she had just licked an ashtray, but she was grossed out by the sweet, nutty tobacco flavor in the kr8? Needless to say she isn't a new convert, lol.

Honestly, if I'd known it could be this easy I'd have been on board long ago.

I know! I wish I had actually taken the time to wade through all the different types and decide on one in the spring when I first heard of them. But I am glad that I finally remembered and am where I am now. :)

same here i left 1 in the pack sitting by the door where i always left them just incase. i was there for almost 2 months tell about 4 days ago when i lit it up and just burned it to smell it i put it in my mouth then stopped myself threw it in a cup of water so i wouldn't be tempted to light it again. every day i wake up i have that feeling go down stairs and light a cig still. its slowly getting less and less and honestly its pretty much gone. quitting smoking was one of the hardest things ive done after you eat is was over whelming took about a week for that to stop. anyways rant over congrats to you and everyone else that quit i know how hard it is.
