I've had a 510 for a couple weeks now, and I've heard so many people say that they stopped smoking the day they started vaping. Why was I having so much trouble?? Now admittedly I went from a pack a day to like 2 a day in the first few days of having my 510. But then, it started climbing back up...2, 3, 4, 5, 6 oh man here we go...

And to top it all off I was vaping 24mg juice, soooo I was getting PLENTY of nicotine, it wasn't that. So what the heck?? Why was I still craving a cigarette so badly??

Well, Thursday afternoon, I received my order from Tasty Vapor. A VG juice, 24mg and guess what....haven't had an analog since. Before that I was vaping PG and honestly, I wasn't happy with it. It gave me little to no vapor (bummer) and I SWEAR the stuff makes me so ridiculously sleepy, it's crazy. Take a drag, inhale, exhale, yaaaaaaawn...rinse, repeat.

It's not just the VG juice though, I've changed my vaping habits to an almost constant vape when I can. I find that my cravings get bad when I let my nic levels drop, so rather than spike and valley my nic levels, I'm keeping them more level.

So yeah, I still have to fight an urge here and there but so far so good :D And I'm super psyched!

I'm definitely in the VG camp...hands down, no contest...I love it!

Congrats and glad to hear. I know what you mean

I was about to give up on vaping on or about day 40. I just wasnt "satisfied".
I was vaping VG at first and loved it - but it was EcoPure and the flavor just got boring.

I tried various 24mg Dekang (PG) flavors, dripping but just couldnt get happy with it.

...and it wasnt nicotine withdrawal - I just, well, wasnt (only word I can think of) satisfied.

I still enjoyed the VG of (and still do) the EcoPure but I wasnt having the excitment of all of these flavors everyone talks about...

I took one last chance and ordered from one of the premium juice suppliers that get raved about by so many people. Once I recieved my order, I dripped some, vaped and my eyes lit up, I did a little jig and I started to sing a little made up song...

What I am trying to say is: With me, juice makes a world of difference. I am still using this manufacturers juice and vaping 12 mg (some 24mg) and I am comletely satisfied. Vapor, flavor and satisfaction.

Enquiring minds want to know, who was the magic juice vendor?

It was Drew's at (snipped cuz I can't post URL's) . Both his HV and 24mg stuff is the shizznit for me.

Some people dont like it and think its too smooth. But man, I sometimes vape a cart of dekang - just so I dont lose my appreciation for Drew's juices.

Wait. That didnt sound right...
Ahhh, good. I just ordered some samples from Drew. Looks like I may have to try TastyVapor and VG too. I just thought I was going to save money vaping...

It was Drew's at Nhaler.com. Both his HV and 24mg stuff is the shizznit for me.

I had some sample bottles from Nhaler, but I was told that they use mostly PG in their juices. Granted, I wasn't using the HV juice, I've heard that's the best stuff from Nhaler. I got almost no vapor from those juices. Great flavors tho.

glad to hear it and i do so agree i am in a Vg camp for sure i find that mixing the two can at least make usable the PG so long as you have more VG. i find the throat hit and vape cloud always better on the VG side of the tracks. also move to general section

So why do people vape PG?? lol. I heard that throat hit was better on the PG side of the tracks. But with my 24mg VG juice, the throat hit is often more than I can handle. Gonna have to cut it down I think.

I agree 110%!

EcoPure juices are great, well the vapor anyways. I thought about switching to them but the whole lack of flavors from them is what was stopping me. Now that I have this juice and the great selection of flavors they have...I guess I don't really need to :)

But with my 24mg VG juice, the throat hit is often more than I can handle. Gonna have to cut it down I think. then you don't want my 32mg

I think I have tried everything and am not satisfied...... I can't get that full lung feeling, I got with smoke..... I get some throat hit, but nothing like with real cigarettes...... Oh, all the different flavors are wonderfull.....
I just thought these E-Cigs would be closer to the real thing...... I got the 510, the SB and the GG..... These are great as far as vapor goes, I guess.......

I was telling a friend of mine last night that I had ordered an e-cig and was going to try to stop analogs (I haven't received it yet). She told me that she tried e-cigs and they gave her blisters in the back of her throat, so she put it down after 2 days and never vaped again. 8-o I haven't seen anyone on here say that they got blisters?

The blisters could have been a severe allergic reaction to PG in the juice or it could have even been a reaction to the nicotine. If the juice touches your lips, tongue or throat it could cause an infalmmatory sore similar to a cold sore (this is due to the nicotine).

so she put it down after 2 days and never vaped again.

I can't say I blame her.
