I've been looking for a tobacco flavor that would resemble a Canadian cigarette for months. I don't like sweet juices and I really don't like artificial "tobacco" flavors either. I was this close to quitting vaping altogether, opting for full time Snus use instead, when I stumbled upon Vaperite. They have some house extracted tobacco juices that are spot on.

I ordered the Tobacco sampler (3 x 3ml / $7.00) recently and I was very impressed. All three were an excellent representation of what a "Tobacco" juice should taste like. However, being originally from Canada, I do have a preference for that Canadian cig taste, which is quite different from the U.S. brands. When trying the "Virginia" sample, the first thing that hit me was how closely it resembled a "du Maurier". Halfway through the bottle, I realized that I've found "it", and quickly placed a new order.

Thoughts?

I too am looking for a decent tobacco flavor but seem to be unable to find one. Most seem artificial or smell/taste like hay. These samplers from Vaperite all seemed to taste like tobacco to you eh? Did the other two have decent flavor/taste?

Most definitely. I found the "Perique" especially good. I singled out the "Virginia" because of the Canadian aspect, but you can't go wrong with any one of these. Good luck! By the way, have you tried Swedish Snus yet?

Agreed. The Perique is sooo good, and the Rou's is pretty excellent as well. I'm having some concerns over the possibility that particulates from the extracted tobacco are staying behind and creating an off burnt taste, but I'm hoping that I'm mistaken or can work around it somehow. I'm not sure I can do without those extracted tobaccos now that I've experienced them.

Vaperite and Want2Vape are the only 2 that I know of that steep their own tobacco.

Want2Vape - I like Alcazar, Red Pirate, Acid Blondie, RY4
Vaperite - I like Rou's Toasted Hazelnut Tobacco, APV, Honey horn virginia, Perique

It's my understanding that Tasty Vapor also steep their own. I've tried it and like it very much but, it absolutely has to steep for at least a week.

I don't know if you use cartos or not, but I get the same thing when mine are getting old. After I change to a new one, it's all good. Maybe I'm lucky, but I can squeeze almost 3 weeks out of a cartomizer, and I vape 3ml a day at 6v.

Awesome Vapor has some good tobacco flavors. I know they get some from Vaperite. Check out the tocacconist (Vaperite), Western, and USAs Favorite Blend.

I second this, the Organic Tobacconist is one incredible tobacco flavor! Honesty, I'd consider it a must have for anyone transitioning from analogs to PVs, especially if they used to roll their own cigarettes, as it more closely resembles the flavor of a good rolling tobacco, like Peter Stokkebye's Amsterdam Shag, in my opinion.

I'll give that one a try. I smoked hand rolled Drum tobacco for years. I'm at the point now where I will only vape house extracted tobacco juices.

Don't know about Canadian Cigs, but I have found a home with BWB 555. Some say that Casablanca is an all day vape. Others like FSUSA Wyatt Earp, but it's a little too strong for my ultra-light taste.

I've been reluctant to try 555, is there any sweetness to it? I've tried the Apple Wood, and though I enjoyed it at first, I found it lacking in TH. As far as WE, I found it a bit perfumey. Honestly, since I've discovered these House Extracts, there's no going back to artificial flavors.
