I've been vaping for about four months. I've been through all the popular clearos, they all sucked. I tried dripping a 510 atty - PITA. A cheap setup with little fuss that's is serving me very well lately:
UDCT AKA Artemas tank
Boge F16 cartos

Any other attachment I'll consider will be for flavor tasting purposes only, save for my new AGA-T2 for which I'm still only half way up the learning curve.

Carto tanks are the easiest/best for a lot of people, but once you get into RBAs...there is no turning back.
I'm only close to a week in and I don't think I'll ever go back to carto tanks...saving them all for back ups.
Well, honestly, clearos are probably the easiest, followed by cartos, followed by dripping, followed by carto tanks, and then RBAs. I'd love to love RBAs, but I like not worrying about what position my pv is in; e.g. going to work or out with folks and having to worry about my pv having to be upright all the time because I have a Genesis style atty on it.

Cartos and dripping easier than a carto tank?
Yea - filling a cartomizer is easier than filling a cartomizer, inserting it into a tank, filling the tank, and then sealing the tank. Same with dripping - it's easier. Not more convenient when out, but if we're just talking about easy methods on the couch or at the desk... yea, they're easier than setting up a tank from scratch.
