Finally Made eCig Purchase...NOW WHAT??

Hi all,

This is my first post so please bear with me if I don't have the lingo down yet. Anyways, I've been doing research on e-cigs for a while and found a deal that I figured would get me started. I got them in the mail today but the only problem is the instructions were minimal and I have no clue what I'm doing. I can't post links yet so I'll try to describe what I got..any help would be really awesome.
They came in a green pack marked eHealth Cigarettes with a plug at the bottom a screw in 'stick' that looks like a cigarette with no filter and a 6 'filter' looking cartridges (refills?) that have plastic plugs on the ends and a 'filter' with a screw on end.

I've got a pack on order to see how bad they really are (hey, it's $12). I've never managed to find a review though - it just seems to be received wisdom that they're awful. Anyone got a link to a review?

strayling....since you are getting it...do a review...it would be great to see and know how those e-cigs really are and if they are compatible to anything we know works well.

the atomizer on those e-cigs remind me of a m-series m401,m402....but since i dont have an m-series i cannot be sure

i dont think an actual review was ever done on those..just members experience with them
