Finally ordered my SB!!

Wooo-Hoooooooooo I just put the order in for my SB! I want it to be in the mailbox right now!

I asked Rob to give me a call and sure enough, the phone rang. He answered all my noob questions with lots of patience. Although the 18650 chargers are out of stock, I went ahead with the order anyway. I found Lifepo4 3.2v/450mah batts and ordered 4 of them w/a charger. I'll just hafta suffer with 6v vaping for now!

Rob, thanx yet again for taking the time to talk with me today. Us old guys are stuck in our ways, and sometimes only a phone call gets it done!

Any comments on my batt purchase are more than welcome, especially if I'm wrong about these being protected. I understood these Lifepo4s to be the right ones to use.

I'll update when I get this with 1st impressions after it arrives and I've vaped @ 6v for a bit. GAWD I can't wait!

You will love your SB. I have several different HV mods and the SB is the best, period! As to your battery selection, why didn't you get the 750 mAh Tenergy LiFePO4's? Tenergy LiFePO4 RCR123A 3.0V 750mAh Rechargeable Battery (as low as) $2.79 ea!

I just ordered mine too last night, had been debating about it and when I went to the web site it stated- sold out. That's it, I said to myself, not meant to be, I'll order later at another time. I came back to the forum and messed around a bit and I don't know what lured me back to the site. To my surprise they were back in stock, only the silver ones. I had also debated silver vs. black and couldn't decide. This was meant to be I thought and broke down and ordered a silver one. I was notified today that it had been shipped.

OK. Well here we go again! 8-o I started by thinking the 450mah was good. Then the 750mah. Now that last link for the 3.2vs are 900mah!! And of course, the link for those 18650s are now 3000mah instead of 2400mah!! It's starting to feel like it did when I researched the PV the 1st time! Brain melt!!


Is the technology really moving ahead this fast? Or was my research behind the times? I'm gonna take a breath for the night and make my choices tomorrow.

'Course by the morning, there may well be a 1500mah 3.2v available.

I'm totally loving my Silver Bullet. I love the vape at 3.7...its a stronger vape than other's ive tried at that voltage.

Anyway....

I ordered the batts, but in case the SB gets here 1st, is there a disposable batt I can pick up locally that is the equivalent of the 18650 or the cr123s that would be safe to use for a day or so? Don't care about cost. I'll eat the extra few bucks rather than see my beautiful new SIIIIIIIIIIIIILVER BULLET (!) just sitting there, teasing me.... making my mouth water and drool. 8-o

And by locally, I mean Home Depot, Lowes, Radio Shack.. yada yada yada.

Got my silver bullet last week...it was shipped on Saturday and had it on Monday...couldn't be more happy...is a great unit at 3.7v and lasts all day and then some...at 6v it is unreal! This was my third PV...Wish it had been my first because it would have been my last!
