Buy your batteries from a reputable source! Not sure what's over there, but there are a ton of knockoffs that are much lower quality. Make sure you are getting authentic! I run those in all my mods.. I had some eefest, but sold them, I just want to grab a battery and go, not have certain batteries for certain mods.

No worries on the help. I was a noob once too... A whole 9 months ago! Lol

If you wrap both coils on the same rod, with the same number of wraps, you will be good to go....except for maybe post install tweaking to get them both heating equal. That is something you just kind of learn as you do it. Like what was mentioned above, remember when building duals your resistance measurement will be half of what the two coils are built to. I build them around 1.2 ohm each...so installed I get .6 ohm

I generally use established UK vendors and just get it shipped over, saves faffing around with google translate [emoji13]

I remember googling back in the day (when I vaped for 3 months) what the heck is a carto, now I'm applying ohm's law [emoji23]

But yeah, awesome hobby to get into that's for sure [emoji1]

Vape mail arrived with my kayfun and coil jig. Lol I thought the jig would be huge but it's tiny haha!
At work for next 10 hours so no chance to play with it tonight but tomorrow I'm off, so will try get it up and running and post some pics. Caravela and stingray and the other bits and bobs should arrive tomorrow too, fingers crossed [emoji13]

I love how it actually had vape mail stamped on the envelope too! [emoji7][emoji7][emoji7]

Haha! Sorry! Where is live is 40 minutes from the city and basically impossible for the post man to find - I always end up having to wait an extra day before going to the DHL office to pick stuff up from there, so I just get stuff delivered to work instead [emoji2] Much easier, but I still gotta go there to collect it :)

This is gonna take longer to learn than I thought [emoji13]

I'm watching YouTube videos at the moment trying to work out what goes where etc. Some tutorials are good but they work on a different atty, and others work on the KFL but they're rubbish vids lol.

I'm persevering, but there's no chance I'll get a build done tonight.

I did get the rest of the stuff today tho, the Tobh clone, Stingray and Caravela (wow) clones, batteries and charger. Also picked up some ekowool and kanthal A from a local vape shop, and I've got some silica and kanthal D (won't bother with this). Still want to get cotton and ohms meter.

Question. My MVP2 reads ohms, and if I'm just starting out and building a higher resistance coil, is it ok to test it on the MVP until I grab a seperate ohms meter?

Cheers!
