There are also very nice wraps you can put on them. They're very durable vinyl and there is quite a selection.

I was going to suggest JWraps as well.

One thing to note ...JWraps not only have wraps for your Provari, but they also have wraps for standard eGOs as well.

So you can stack two rings with the mini?

Yes you can. I bought the Tatroe base and two rings. The base I use in the house and on my desk at work, also its nice at in bed on my nightstand so I dont knock it over.

No ring = 18350 battery one ring = 18500 two rings = 18650

The base is somewhat expensive and I think costs too much, but so does the Provari. Although they are both made Very Very well.

The rings just give you that added flexability to use it as all sizes. I didnt like the fact that The end caps from Provari do not match the unit itself, which is what I learned from reading these forums.

Good luck in your decision making. (they are really nice)

Have you thought about the Mini ? I decided on that one and ordered two Tatroe extension rings at 15 bucks each. I really love the set up because you can have a shorty Provari or add a ring to step up to each battery. I got the satin silver due to the same thing your thinking about....scratch and nicks... I guess its according to how your gonna treat it.

I also think the mini looks better thab the other one's... One guys opinion.

I have both a version 2.0 (satin blue regular size Provari) and a version 2.5 (satin black Mini Provari). Inner electronics are exactly the same in both versions, and exactly the same between a Regular and a Mini. As far as I can tell, and from what I have read, they both have the same carokote ceramic paint finish which I have found to be extremely durable, much more so than some of my other mods which have powder-coated paint.

I have dropped my Provari's from my lap onto the driveway when getting out of my car more times than I like to admit. The blue Provari is my oldest (1 year old and used every day) and only has a couple of dinged paint spots from a lot of abuse. This finish is extremely durable.

Here are my two Provari's. The Mini has one of the Tatroe bases which is nice for top heavy delivery devices like an rba. In the second pic I've added an Tatroe extender ring to use the longer 18490 battery. In the third pic I've added two extender rings to allow the 18650 battery.

You can also see that I'm using a Pro Ring (beauty ring) between the Provari and the AGA-T2's on both Provari's. These are used purely for aesthetic purposes for a flush, flat-top look instead of the usual cone-shaped top of the Provari's. The fourth pic shows this combo without a beauty ring.

i am sure you will love which ever one you choose. I have the blue, i got it two months ago and thier is not scratch on it, and i have dropped it more than once. tHe mini in ext mode is the size of the standard in regular mode. I tend to like it best in the standard mode. I have the ext cap and do use it occasionally. IT does last for a long time. I am very happy with it.

Awesome! The one with the flanged base looks like a rocket! :)
Thanks everyone for all the help. I am ordering a wrap at J wraps for the ego, and you guys have helped me immensely with the provari decision.
