I got my first carto last night and fell in love immediately. I got a dual coil 4.0 probably just a nock off of some sort. Didn't care the name just wanted a cheap one to try seeing I didn't think I would like it.
I am missing seeing how much juice I have so I was looking at pyrex tanks for them but there are many choices. Need Advice on tank and cartos please
TIA
Decide on ib tanked. Now I just need a carto that will be similar to what I have now but haven't seen any like what I have

You're going experience occasional dry hits with anything but a perfected RBA coil. The good thing about cartomizers is that you can just drip a little liquid in the top if it starts feeling dry.

4ohm dual coil? Wow. I can't imagine using a 4ohm dual coil. I think 2ohm duals are a little too far on the cool side. I have seen dual coils advertised being in series, but I've only purchased parallel dual coils.

That's not true, I've been using a carto tank for almost 2 years now and have never had that happen, where with an RBA it happened constantly. I've used Smok cartos for a year and a half, been playing with the Boge and IKenVape cartos, both are good. Just have to be careful and get cartos with 2 holes, or if your using a real thick liquid, get them with 3 holes.

Are you certain that is a 4.0 ohm dual coil? That's a very odd ohm for a dual coil carto. The highest I've ever seen is 3.0 ohm.

Your choices for a dual coil cartomizer will be limited to Smoktech brand, as they are the only carto manufacturer that makes them.

Dual Coil XL Tank replacement 510 cartomizer for 3.5 and 6ml SmokTank XL, UDCT, Artemas - w/flange and 1, 2 or 3 holes.

There are more options for single coils: Boge, Ikenvape, and Smoktech.

There are differences between the three brands, primarily in the quality/density of the filler material within the cartomizers. The resistance of the coil (ohms) you choose should be whether you are using a single voltage battery device or variable voltage, and personal preference.

Low ohms for warmer vape and standard ohms for cooler vape. Low or standard ohms for fixed single voltage; higher ohms for variable voltage devices.
